Product came in highly recommended and I was anticipating, ordered on Saturday for prime delivery on Monday but didn’t receive till Wednesday evening, no update whatsoever and was delivered to a wrong address, the Good Samaritan brought the product back to my house as my address was clearly written on package….poor delivery experience hence the 3 stars!!!

One of the games that the children like to play in the bath is what is the smell of the shampoo. Children's scents are often fun from fruity strawberry to sugary bubble gum. They and I found it hard to pin what the scent of this 'Baby Body Wash & Shampoo' was from Nala. It has a light smell. It is noble for them to use as many natural ingredients as possible and the smell is not bad, but not my children's favourite.Natural ingredients come at more cost, but it is better for the environment and a UK based company. A little of the shampoo goes a long way and it works on older children's hair too. If anything, it is a little runnier that we are used to, and you must make sure that you do not lose some when pouring it out. On balance, if you have the means and drive, this is a shampoo to consider.

UPDATE: After a year and a half of having been using this product, I have just ordered a rop-up. A great option that never saw my children develop any rashes or itches and we have sensitive skin. Great. Am happy to recommend.ORIGINAL: I cannot say that it is an excellent children's shampoo as it feels more like a body wash option, and I have my reservations about a thing that is supposed to be for both hair and skin. I think it is a relatively good alternative but I have to say we had better products over the years. However, it works fine, it's just the hair does not feel as shiny and light as it used to, but then it has grown quite a bit, too, so this might be the reason as well.

I bought this because it says it's suitable for sensitive skin buy it's absolutely not. When I started using this is the only time my baby ever cried while taking a bath.I tried to give it the benefit of the doubt and use for a second and third time,same thing.Absolute rubbish.
