Trouble opening the umbrella. The spokes get stuck and need to manipulating every time. Stiff to rotate.

Really good product - well made and sturdy, just be aware that 3m by 3m is BIG! Overall, I'm delighted with it, especially the built in LED light strips which look really good.Separately, Bolo's delivery system decided to give the umbrella a good kicking so the box arrived badly gashed and the umbrella canopy itself had 2 tears in it. Rather than return the whole thing via Bolo I called Purple Leaf and they promptly sent me a new canopy. Excellent customer service!!!

Seems pretty good so far. Quite hard to swivel. Slanting the parasol isn’t the easiest and requires 2 people unless you have long arms like .a chimp.

Great quality item. The battery that powers the LED lights can be charged via USB ( if the battery is removed - simple to do). Or it can be charged via the solar panel ( supplied) that sits on the top of the parasol. So far this summer it has been solar powered. The parasol rotates through 360 degrees, tilts up then back to 90 degrees and also tilts to the left and right. Really pleased with the product. Good customer service also, had to contact them for instructions on how to remove the battery. They were very prompt and clear with the instructions they sent to me.
