Initially arrived with missing part BUT this was resolved by seller very quickly and part received in a day, excellent service 👍Item itself is good build quality but still light weight. Some assembly required but very easy and quick. Made more for light use like decorating indoors etcVery pleased with item and price.

Good solid steps that fold flat. Really like the fact it has a cross bar that you can hold onto as you get on them. This feels essential for safety. Just the job for reaching into tall cupboards.

Good ladder and the handles help getting up and the steps are a good size to stop any wobble my legs might have had.

I got this as my current steps don't have a handrail. They are well made and the non slip steps are great. The tool pockets are a nice idea and will come in very useful. My only niggle is that the bolt holes for the rails were slightly out which made fixing them more of a chore than it needed to be. You don't get a lot for under 40 quid these days but these steps are excellent value for money. Definitely recommended.

really good step for the price. The only thing I would change is to make the treads rubber to make them non slip. They are grooved plastic at the moment.

Had an issue with one of the rubber feet being damaged on the first one, but the ladder was quickly collected and replaced with no hassle.The ladder itself is very sturdy, easy to store and perfect for what we needed it for. A good buy and highly recommended for reaching those things just out of reach. Light weight and easy to move around.
