I don't normally leave reviews but just had to on this occasion. This sofa is absolutely amazing. Such good value. The quality and finish are excellent and super comfy. Didn't realise you could order direct from the seller, as I only came across this on Bolo - in hindsight I would have done as I think there waa a discount code available and probably would have gotten better communication. Communication on delivery was left a bit late in my opinion but they did still ring/text and confirmed a day and time. Arrived half an hour late but understandable given you could pay for assembly upon arrival and how finicky it can be sometimes to bring in a sofa through the house. Cannot fault the 2 delivery guys - they were exceptional and a credit to the team. There was a struggle to get the final piece through the door but it didn't phase the guys one bit and even helped my partner in removing the front door. Very happy with the purchase and really appreciate all the help in getting it in the house!

I’m very happy with this sofa – the colour is beautiful, the quality is excellent, and the service was outstanding. I asked if it could be delivered as soon as possible, and the seller arranged shipment immediately after purchase, much faster than the original one-week estimate. The seller stayed in touch, clarified all the details, and was extremely kind throughout. The delivery team arrived on time, carried the sofa in, and assembled it carefully – they were also very polite and professional. I’m truly grateful for such prompt and helpful service and can wholeheartedly recommend this seller 100%!

Sofa bed worth the money comfortable looks good and it's perfect Pitch Perfect in the room you can have it left or right depends how you built it it's universal you can have it left or right the long bitAnd there are plenty storage space as you can see in the pictures

I wish I could give more starts but the delivery was such a nightmare I couldn't. The Sofa is also very firm and not very comfortable but for the price it does look good and can use some cushions to introduce a bit of softness. In terms of delivery, they were very unprofessional and stated they would deliver at 11pm at night. I explained that I was not living at the address and this would not suit but they insisted they had to deliver then. I waited up and around half eleven I got a missed called- I rang back 4 minutes later and he said he was at the address but had to leave and was already on the motorway. This was incorrect as I was siting out on the balcony and would have seen if he came. I had no contact from them and had to ring the next day- they did apologise and said they would reduce the delivery charge from £80 to £40 for the inconvenience caused. When the sofa finally arrived the men gave me an invoice for £80! I would not recommend using this company soley on the delivery (I could get past the sofa being hard).

The sofa itself is great it’s very comfy except for the pull out which is quite hard it would have been a 5 star review except the delivery of the sofa was terrible they didn’t notify they were delivering on the day I wasn’t home my 15 year old son had to deal with them what they don’t state on this listing is that if you live in a flat they will charge you an extra £20 to deliver into your house otherwise they will leave it outside when I complained to the seller about this they just said it’s normal for the delivery drivers to charge even though it is not stated anywhere on this listing they ended up leaving my 15 year old son to attempt to bring up the sofa which comes in 3 large separate parts overall the sofa is descent but the delivery is awful

Delivery was fast and I ended up getting a call to say that theyde be in my area the next day so I got next day delivery. My sofa was damaged upon opening it . The seller responded quickly and offered a refund for the part , I wanted the part replaced , waited a month and no luck so just asked for a refund . The assembly was easy step wise but a little bit faffy and slotting the two parts of the sofa together requires 2 people for sure. The colour and feel of the sofa is lovely . The head rests are robust and the section that pulls out is robust too although its alot harder of a material than the rest of the sofa.
