Take twice a day with Zinc bisglycinate if you find your libido flagging. Zinc and magnesium deficiency is a common cause of a drop in testosterone.

E' troppo presto per poter dare una valutazione al prodotto in sè, perchè sono solo al secondo gg di assunzione, ma posso dire che il magnesio (in qualunque forma sia) è sempre magnesio e come tale ottimo prodotto di supporto in caso di affaticamento, difficoltà a dormire e mancanza di concentrazione. Quello TAURATO mi è stato consigliato per un problema di lieve extrasistolia, che però quando compare da enormemente fastidio. Lo sto associando al potassio citrato e al Coenzima Q10, e mi sento leggermente meno affaticata, più concentrata e ho passato una notte di sonno pesante e ristoratore. Devo però valutare sul lungo periodo. la consegna è stata ottima e puntuale come sempre. La confezione è arrivata integra.
