I have tried many similar and far more expensive products but this beats them all. Easy to apply, with a subtle and refreshing scent. Classy packaging too, if you’re into that sort of thing! Really nice product, comes packaged well and smells good. Done a better job at soothing skin after shaving than most other big brand products I’ve used.Will last an age as a small amount goes a long way.Only gripe was the pump system as it shoots out with some serious power if you’re not careful, it’s ended up half way across my bathroom a few times.

I've been wet shaving the traditional way for years now with DE razor and badger brush, I use shaving soaps or shaving creams and can't abide the mass produced 'muck in a can' that modern shavers use.Unfortunately I've got very sensitive skin and suffer from razor burn on a regular basis. Up until now I've had to fork out for expensive aftershave balms to remedy this problem but being on a budget this isn't always practical. I'd been searching for an affordable balm that actually works for ages and had all but given up until I tried Bart's Balm. Bart's ticks all the boxes, it's affordable, it's stopped my skin irritation in it's tracks and as an added bonus it's handmade and not mass produced like those other products!Bart's Balm comes in a handy pump dispenser and 2 squirts is enough to cover my beard area so it'll last a long time. It smells fantastic and leaves the skin instantly soothed and moisturised. I'd go as far as saying it's better than some of the products I'd tried that are double the price!I'd recommend this product wholeheartedly and will definitely be a repeat customer. Try it, you won't be disappointed!

I have been using this for about 4 years (more than 1 bottle!). And it's still the best for razor burn, smells great too. Like the new bigger bottles as well but as other reviews have said, be careful it comes out with some force! Wouldn't use anything else now.

When the bottle arrived the plastic seal had be opened.the fragrance is nice and leaves the face smooth after a shave.I would have given the balm 5 stars but you don’t expect something that you buy as a new product to be open.clearly someone had decided to smell it or dab a little on.
