From the angle of the photo it doesn't look that transparent but the other face is still matt from sanding with 1200 grit wet and dry... I'll need something finer to get best transparency. Looking from the non-sanded areas transparency looks quite good.A nice product and, like the other Sunlu PLA that I've tried, easy to use. However, for my specific project, I'd like to find a much deeper transparent red.

Previously we'd been using Flashforge's own PLA filament with our Flashforge Adventurer 3 Pro and it was definitely satisfactory, but due to costs involved, I decided to try a different brand that had been recommended by several other 3d printer users. I've so far only tried this SUNLU brand PLA+ filament but for the cost, the quality is absolutely outstanding. The pigment is beautifully opaque, as opposed to the other filament we were using which was somewhat translucent, and the edges come out incredibly crisp and detailed. We've had barely any issues with the filament clogging the nozzle either, and because it comes in bigger spools, it's far more value for money!Can't recommend this enough, absolutely spectacular filament, looking forward to trying others in their range!

Fantastic price for 5kg of filament. Did a lot of research prior to purchasing but confident based on existing reviews of this product. Haven’t yet used so time will tell. Came well packaged and quick delivery.
1.0 out of 5 stars Poor print quality, especially at corners and edges
Printed in X1C with AMS. Fresh out of the box, done all calibrations with Ocra Slicer, but still, see all the unevenness on the large surface, all corners on the temperature tower have issues no matter what temperature it was printing at. Dried it, wasted half a roll trying to get things right but still nothing helps, even with slower print speed at 50%.The green one is printed with Bambu PLA Basic and see how smoother it is. The Bambu one basically gives me better results, smoother surfaces and edges. No matter what settings I try on the Sunlu, I can't get it to be as good as the Bambu one. It seems to me that I've got a bad roll here to start with. Got 2 rolls left in the box and thinking if I should open them or just save my time.Update:Opened another roll of PLA+, this time the white one. Ran calibrations again and printed multiple models as test prints, which again is very frustrating to work with. One day I got okay results on a relatively large print, the next day, same settings, got blobs all over the surfaces again, and even found black bits on the print.I suspect this is all due to inconsistent dimension of the filament that led to over-extrusion at random places, hence why all the blobs. Plus on the white roll, I've found black bits in the filament itself. Definitely B grade products and no way I can use it for my commercial prints. Fortunately Bolo is willing to let me return what's left and refund me in full. But no, I won't be buying Sunlu filament again. Not worth the time and effort to get this work.

Prints good, Colour is dissapointing.
While I am happy with the print quality, I am dissapointed in the colour resault, looks more like darkish yellow rather than gold.
