I’m genuinely impressed with this CCTV camera. The video quality is outstanding, both during the day and at night thanks to the clear night vision. Setup was very simple, even for someone like me who isn’t a tech expert. The motion detection is accurate and sends timely alerts, which gives me real peace of mind.The build quality feels solid and professional, and the app works smoothly with real-time viewing and playback options. I’ve tested a few cameras before, but this one really stands out in terms of reliability and value for money.If you’re looking for a dependable and user-friendly security camera, I definitely recommend this one. I’m very happy with my purchase!

Camera works as expected. the camera quality is clear both during the day and when using night vision, and the app is very easy to use. The recordings and alerts notification are easy to manage and turn on/off and you can easily schedule your motion/sound detection. I had an issue with the micro SD card slot but their brilliant and friendly customer service was superb and helped me resolve the issue within just a couple of hours after I emailed them. Massive thanks to the team for being so approachable and eager to help. Can highly recommend :)

The camera is great, but I bought this one as it said in the description that it had "3M" tape which I understood to be 3 metres of wire. The usb wire is a 1.5metre and a half, so doesn't reach from the top of a high cupboard to a low-down English plug socket. I had to buy a separate wire.I also bought micro sd cards separately. After two weeks the camera stops recording. We re-formatted the card but it wouldn't work. Then the app started saying we had to pay 2 pounds a month for cloud storage.I have written the company (their support answer very fast) and they said that if I didn't cancel the 14 day free trial susbscription to the cloud I will be charged. As it is important to have the camera recording, we have paid. I am very unhappy that the micro sd cards do not work although they have been formated to FAT32 as instructed. The cloud seems to take over.You can turn the little white light off which draws attention to the camera, but in a dark English house, the red circle of lights turn on around the lense, changing to night vision, so it can never be a "secret" camera. Just thought it was worth mentioning.The app is easy to use, the live image is great, very clear, full colour in the day, black and white at night, the camera is the size of the palm of your hand and has a base that can turn all the way around on a ball socket. The camera can also be put upside down and the image flipped. Quite cool!Generally I would recommend, but just be careful to cancel the 14 day cloud subscription that you are not told about.

GNCC security cameras have proven to be a fantastic investment for my home. The image quality is excellent, providing clear and detailed footage day and night. Setting up the system was surprisingly straightforward, and the app is intuitive and easy to navigate.What truly sets GNCC apart, however, is their exceptional customer service. I contacted their support team twice with queries, and on both occasions, I received a prompt and helpful response. My issues were resolved quickly and efficiently, leaving me feeling valued as a customer. It's reassuring to know that when you need assistance, GNCC is there to provide it.I highly recommend GNCC to anyone looking for reliable security cameras backed by outstanding customer support. They deliver on both product quality and service.

I was so excited to use these cameras as we've been feeling unsafe at home, with recent break-ins in our block of flats amongst other things. I plugged them in, set them up, and I had a live feed and the ability to record straight to my phone's camera roll or an SD card (subscription only needed for cloud storage, I believe). I couldn't believe how well they worked, and two for about twenty quid! Amazing!If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.After less then 24 hours, I no longer had a live feed. My cameras were still alerting me of motion and sound, and I could see the images taken in the alerts screen - BUT NO LIVE FEED? How is it that the cameras are clearly working (they are obviously picking up images and sound as I can see this through the alert screen!) but suddenly don't have a live feed? I've tried everything - resetting my wifi, trying on different devices, reinstalling the app, trying different accounts, resetting the cameras, etc. etc., but to absolutely no avail. All I'm getting is a little loading symbol. I've reached out to customer service, but am yet to hear back.I am beyond disappointed, but that's what I get for getting my hopes up about something which, as I said before, seemed to good to be true. Don't buy these cameras; spend a little bit extra to get some more reputable ones.

The media could not be loaded. I’m absolutely thrilled with this! The app is so incredibly easy to navigate and you can invite others to access the camera which is great for two party households. The camera itself is quite compact and can discreetly be placed in a room without looking out of place or become an eyesore. It took me less than 4 minutes to set up, a couple was spent trying to find a good location for it. You’ll receive alerts for motion, sound etc and can record and access the camera as and when you need. There is a subscription fee but I can’t argue with £2.00 a month for security!The image quality is great, as per the photos and videos I’ve uploaded including the night vision.I 100% recommend this for anyone looking for some home surveillance, be it as a baby monitor or just to keep an eye on your naughty pets. Which, as you can see from the photos is why we purchased ours.
