These do what they are advertised.. but the size of each tablet is massive. They could have halved the size and told you to take two instead. Itโs like trying to swallow a canoe. If you have difficulty swallowing large pills.. be warned.

Value for money....I see a lot of people on reviews moaning about the size of these pills...NEWS FLASH.... most l-lysine pills are this size....if you are unable to swallow big pills, either learn to swallow big pills, dont buy them or find a company that makes smaller doses...but l-lysine is a great supplement. 5* all the way!
