Warm Tips:
1. These silicone molds are flexible, please place a pan or tray underneath for stability.
2. Please clean molds with warm soapy before first use it.
3. Don't touch the open flame directly or close to the heat source (such as the oven heating tube). Keep the distance between the silicone candy mold and the heating tube at least 5cm. Don't use the Crisp button of the microwave oven.
4. After the baking is completed, take out the baking tray, let stand for cooling for about 10 minutes and then release the mold, the effect is better.
5. Turn the mold overand use a neutral detergent in a dishwasher or hot water to clean with a sponge. Don't approach the sharps or use steel balls and other hard cleaning tools.

I was surprised how big this is I had thought it would be quite small but it’s a good size and once the wedges are cooked and out you have a near usual size cake or pie. I tried it with some scones and was very impressed. Like a lot of silicone baking products it feels a bit flimsy but it is sturdy enough to hold its shape in cooking. You just might find it easier to load it up sitting on a baking tray and bake it with the tray underneath. Then wait for ten minutes till it is cool enough to handle and the cooked items pop out. The silicone being seemingly flimsy, actually aids pushing food free and popping your baking etc out. I am looking forward to making some individual desserts in this too I think it will have a lot of uses and make some impressive cakes etc. No more qualms about equal portions haha!😜
