She's tried a lot of other macha but she said that this is the best one by far. She makes it by mixing a spoonful with little bit of milk with a frother and add more milk after mixing it completely. It tastes great and as a Japanese person, I would recommend this too.

I rarely write reviews.. I bought the matcha box with the whisk & bowl etc.. we thoroughly enjoyed the tea, so much so I bought a 2nd pack... this is not the same matcha might be a bad batch? it's bitter and odd smelling, it also left a weird residue in the cup and on our lips. My daughter and i strongly believe this may have caused us both to be nauseas with an upset stomach for a few days. For full disclosure, I have received a full refund for the tea from Bolo, however, I'm writing to advise others to be cautious.

Délicieux matcha finement moulu

Très bon matcha, pas amer. Se mélange probablement parfaitement avec le kit traditionnel, un peu plus dur avec une cuillère, un mousseur et de l'huile de coude: la poudre est si finement moulue qu'elle s'agglomère facilement dans du lait. Il faut probablement d'abord mélanger dans un fond d'eau avant d'introduire le lait pour un latte; ça mousse superbement bien. J'ai testé dans un shaker et ça mousse même trop !

Ho recentemente scoperto il tè matcha giapponese biologico e devo dire che è stata un'esperienza davvero deliziosa e rinfrescante! Questo tè verde in polvere ha un sapore unico e una qualità che si fa subito notare.La prima cosa che mi ha colpito è stata la sua vibrante tonalità verde brillante, segno della freschezza e della qualità delle foglie di tè utilizzate. Prepararlo è un vero rituale: basta mescolare la polvere con acqua calda e, con l'aiuto di un frullino di bambù, si ottiene una bevanda schiumosa e profumata. È un momento di relax che mi piace dedicare a me stesso ogni giorno.Il sapore è ricco e leggermente dolce, con una nota erbacea che è davvero piacevole. Non è amaro come alcuni tè verdi, il che lo rende perfetto anche per chi è nuovo al matcha. Inoltre, ho notato che il tè matcha biologico ha un effetto energizzante e stimolante, senza il tipico "crollo" che si può avere con il caffè. È un ottimo modo per iniziare la giornata o per una pausa pomeridiana!Un altro aspetto che apprezzo molto è che essendo biologico, posso essere certo di bere un prodotto privo di pesticidi e sostanze chimiche. Questo è un grande vantaggio per chi, come me, cerca di mantenere uno stile di vita sano e naturale.Inoltre, il matcha è noto per i suoi numerosi benefici per la salute, tra cui antiossidanti, supporto al metabolismo e miglioramento della concentrazione. Ho notato che mi aiuta a rimanere concentrato durante le mie attività quotidiane.In conclusione, consiglio vivamente il tè matcha giapponese biologico a chiunque voglia provare una bevanda sana e gustosa. È diventato un elemento essenziale nella mia routine e non vedo l'ora di continuare a esplorare le sue molteplici possibilità in cucina, come nei frullati o nei dolci!

At first glance, upon opening the package, the product appears to be of decent quality — it has a bright green color and does not look oxidized. However, the aroma isn’t that of pure matcha; it’s weak and carries a hint reminiscent of seasoning or herbs.When sifting the powder, it doesn’t seem to be very fine. It passes through the sifter easily, and there’s no residue left behind on the mesh — something that typically occurs with high-quality matcha due to its ultra-fine texture, which usually coats the sifter with a vibrant green dust.Additionally, after sifting, you can notice small fibrous particles, as shown in the photo.Once hot water at 70°C is added, the bright green shifts to a more mossy green. It does produce a decent foam, but both the aroma and flavor fall short. The taste is bitter and quite far from what you’d expect from authentic matcha or a cerimonial grade macha.

This is probably one of the best premium-ceremonial mixed matcha. Almost tasted the same as one of the ceremonial matcha’s i had.The smell is also similar but a bit more grassy and tastes a bit more bitter. Its still pretty bright green and frothes up well when wisking. For the price and grams in this economy? Its def a steal!
