First class delivery and installation of the freezer, better than expected. Quality freezer food r a great price, well worth the money. Very quiet and looks good too. Seemed to be easy to set up. Quality freezer and the right size for the space. Just wish I could have worked out how to add an extra warranty to the item during order process. Other than that, can't fault Bolo.

Great freezer, surpasses my expectation to be honest, only reason it's not a 5 star is that it is very light (which is great for moving it around) which means opening and closing the door of the fridge makes the fridge tilt of your not carefully. Freezes really really well and hasn't formed ice chunks yet after month of full use. Delivery guys were really helpful, took it all the way to the back of garden so it was easier for me to install in my cabin (shed).

Great all round. Fabulous delivery time, great value for money, runs very quietly. Lots of room. As a lady by myself today, I was easily able to unpack and install it myself. Lightweight to manoeuvre into place .

Alot of space inside and salad draw at the bottom is extra large. Fridge is alot bigger than you think. Bargain

Useless fridge and Useless after care. The food goes off because there is far too much moisture. I rang up and they said to unplug and set it to number 4. I did and STILL too much moisture on back fridge walls and bottom of the fridge. Then it freezes and the cycle starts again. I have to wipe away water with a towel EVERY HALF HOUR and they STILL refuse to send an engineer. They asked for pics, which I sent and insisted it's normal. No, it is NOT normal to completely soak a towel every time I wipe it and pools of water collect at the bottom of the interior of the fridge. Constantly having to throw food away. Never had this problem with previous larder fridges. DO NOT BUY!
