The massager is bigger and stronger than the ones I had in the past. High-quality materials are used, giving it a premium feel. It's very powerful yet easy to use. It comes with a wide range of attachments and unique features like a pressure indicator and hot and cold attachments. The ergonomic design ensures comfort during use. One very minor negative, USB C charging port doesn't work with my laptop charger, but it works perfectly with the included cable. It's great value for money, especially with the £20 discount. Overall, it significantly enhances my post workout and recovery routines. Highly recommended.

Fantastic product the range of different heads is perfect for all part of the body. Really gets into areas to relieve tension and pain, speed settings are good to get the right pressure. It’s an easily low bearable noise. Used most days as so comfortable and easy to use.Customer service is absolutely fantastic we had a small problem that was resolved with a replacement sent out the next day, best company ever used for customer service would highly recommend this product and company to anyone cannot fault them

I’ve been using the Bob & Brad C2 Massage Gun for a few days now, specifically to help with my bad lower back and sciatica, and it has made a noticeable difference! Overall, I’m impressed with its design and general performance. I have to travel for work and hours in the car often means my back is bad at the end of the day.The massage gun is small enough and light enough to easily transport in my hand luggage but powerful enough to really work the areas I need to make a difference with a good massage quality. Great variety of attachments and a handy case that it all fits in.The only reason it is a 4 star and not 5 is that I would have likes a bit more control over the vibration settings rather than just 4 steps of power.

Great massage gun with lots of settings that really helps post exercise. Carry case handy and stylish as well. There was an issue after 3 months where the gun stopped charging but Bob and Bard were amazing and replace it straight away. Thanks for great customer service.

These guys are superb. I had some trouble on a Sunday with my massage gun. They got back to me within the hour (on a Sunday). We had all issues resolved by Wednesday. Probably the best customer service I have ever had, prompt, polite, intelligent support.The product is robust, ergonomic, stylish, I can’t fault it.Clearly I would and will recommend the product and company everyone.

Have had this massage gun for 5 months now. It is really good compared to our last one. We have 2 serious cyclists in the family, so it needs to be good! It is very quiet, which after our last noisy one, is quite a treat. It's lovely quality and very easy to handle, not at all heavy.Main reason for my review now, is that our gun just had a fault and cut out after a couple of minutes on full charge. We purchased the gun in the UK but then travelled to France where we are stying until December. I saw on the Bolo website that I needed to contact Bob and Brad in the USA direct about the problem, which I did. Got an answer within 24 hours. Sent a video of the problem. Got a replacement TO FRANCE 4 days later!!!! VERY VERY impressed with the after sales service of this company. Anyone can sell stuff cheap but it's when it goes wrong that the measure of a good company shows through. I have no doubt that we will be purchasing massage guns in the future, given the amount we use them, and it will be Bob and Brad that I buy. Can't recommend highly enough.

I was excited to receive this massage gun, but from the moment I opened the box, it was clear that it had been opened before. The product itself seems nice, but it definitely appears used. The charging port is loose and feels damaged, making it difficult to charge properly. The cable keeps disconnecting on its own, stopping the charging process.While the massage gun works, the poor charging connection makes it unreliable. I expected a new, fully functional product, not something that seems returned or refurbished. Definitely disappointed with the condition it arrived in. Would not recommend unless you get a guaranteed new one.

UPDATE REVIEW - DEAD AFTER 7 MONTHS:I bought this back on Aug. 31, 2023, was very impressed as in my original feedback below. With the exception that it should have a separate On/Off switch.Now it's April 11, 2024 just 7 Months Later and it's DEAD. This item was only used by me and not abused. I am a senior and looked after this item hoping I would have it for a long time. But, now it's DEAD.It was on a Full Charge, while using it there were still 3 of the four charge indicators lit, then, it just stopped working. It was only running for about 5 minutes so it was not an overheating thing. Just died and now it's useless.I don't see a link to reach out to the seller to let them know. Maybe they would replace it with a bit of luck, we shall see.Costco has one similar which might be a good bet as they are great on looking after their customers.I bought one of these after seeing the smaller version a friend of mine has. I am pleased with this massager, it has a good quality feel to it and should last a long time. The categories for rating "Pain Relief" this definately does the job to provide good pain relief. As for catefory "Battery Life" well I only have this a short time and I have no reason the battery won't have an overall long life, only time will tell. And, the "Easy to Use" rating, well, it is easy to get a good comfortable grip for use and also easy to change the various heads what come with the massager. One not so convenient thing with the ease of use is the On/Off power. There are five different speeds, the speed button and power on/off button are one and the same. If you operate the massager by pressing once you are ON speed ONE and if you want to TURN OFF the massager you need to cycle through speeds, TWO, THREE, FOUR and FIVE before reaching the POWER OFF, that is FIVE presses to turn OFF the massager....... maybe an individual POWER ON/OFF button may be a design improvement and added convenience. Overall rating right now, I am happy with the massager and feel that it will do it's job well; I would buy again.UPDATE: After using this for over a month I have just one complaint. There should be an ON/OFF Switch added. Each time I use this it's usually on the "low" speed, then in order to turn the massager OFF I need to CLICK the BUTTON a FULL 5 times to turn it OFF. The speed button and the power button are one and the same. This really becomes annoying and inconvenient quickly. Make this modification and I would say you have the best massager ever. Other than this MAJOR inconvenience it's a great massager.UPDATED REVIEW: MAY 2025 ..................My first review of this C2 Massager was correct. It was totally fabulous in every way. It does everything you want and more. It is built to last and built to satisfy and get the job done.I added updated comments about 7 months after purchase. If I every provide an opinion or feedback and realize after that I was wrong or unfair in any way I think it's simply the right thing to do is come back and let that be known.It is definitely well deserved in this case that I need to give an update.I could give a lot of detail, instead I will get to the point.I was wrong about the "POWER SWITCH"..... there is a SIMPLE way to turn this massager OFF with just ONE simple click. It's embarassing, but I did not press hard enough on the power button. All I had to do was press just a tiny bit harder for a second or two and presto, it's TURNED OFF.As for this C2 Massager failing after 7 months - NOPE again. Yes, I am honestly the dumb one here.... all I had to do is1) PLUG it in correctly, wow, how hard is that.... and.... 2) use a little energy and PRESS the POWER Button.I want to let you know that THIS COMPANY WAS HERE FOR ME, I should have commented earlier, but better late than never. When you post fair comments they read both the good and the not so good. This company listens to you and will look after you. It was certainly my experience.Okay., I am glad I have the opportunity to update my comment and not leave alone comments that were not correct.....when I make a mistake I need to come clean.BOTTOM LINE: AWESOME Company to deal with. GREAT Product all around, totally satisfied with my purchase. WARRANTY: Do NOT worry, they will honor it and be fair and look after you. Je souffre depuis des années de douleurs au niveau du cou et l’omoplate. Environ 5 torticolis par an. Les douleurs se déclenchent très rapidement après même avoir juste lavé deux assiettes. Les séances kiné me faisait du bien mais que sur le moment.Je me suis surprise ces derniers temps à pouvoir faire un tas de choses et me dire mais je n’ai pas mal effectivement tous les soirs je passe l’appareil dans mon cou 5 minutes pour être certaine j’ai arrêté cette routine et de nouveau ces affreuses douleur alors oui cet appareil a amélioré mon quotidien il est de très bonne qualité il est robuste avec un très beau design et une belle pochette pour le ranger et l’emporter facilement! Je peux m’en servir seule malgré que ce ne soit pas ultra léger mais vu l’appareil c’est normal. Il est même très efficace sur des douleurs de courbatures après sport c’est vraiment une merveille. Mes proches ont pu le tester et ils ont tous été séduits! J’en avais acheté un de 20€ qui n’était pas aussi efficace et surtout qui a lâché très rapidement alors cet appareil mérite amplement son prix et 5 étoiles!
