Really poor quality. Description says 'built to last' it lasted less than 5 months before the inside coating perished covering the contents in black particles everytime it was used. Contacted the seller for a refund or replacement, as it is clearly not fit for purpose - a bag should last more than 5 months, and was told I was now outside their customer service window so could only offer me a 20% refund - and I could keep the (useless) bag. Managed to negotiate them up to 70% and still keep the (useless) bag. Poor product, poor customer service! Rubbish!

Bag just arrived, looks good the ideal size that I wanted for work ,but it has no interior hard base so when I pick it up everything sinks into the middle 🤔
