    I've had this chair about four months now and work from home so spend a lot of time in it. It was easy to assemble and looks smart.I had a stomach operation last year which means that I often experience discomfort and pain after eating. This chair enables me to recline with my legs up on the rest which greatly eases the pain and allows me to continue working. I've got a motorised sit/stand desk which helps - I can slide the reclined chair under the desk.The adjustable lumbar support and headrest are excellent and the seat padding is nicely thick and just the right firmness. The back rest can be locked in three positions - upright, reclined and half-way between, but the thing I really like is that if you don't lock it, there is sufficient tension in the 'spring' to keep it generally upright but allowing a bit of recline if wanted. The mesh material of the back allows good air circulation when the home office starts to get a bit warm.Overall, I'm very happy with it.

    I’m in love with this chair! I’m so happy that I’ve purchased this one as I’ve been looking for a good quality chair for a while as I work long hours from home. It’s easy to put together and doesn’t take much time. The foot rest is fab and it reclines wonderfully, especially when I need a 5 minute break. The searing is super comfortable as to is the neck rest.The only minor thing I would point out is that it was supposed to come with a decorative outer to cover the pump element of the chair but that was missing (the silver tube).

    I did many hours of research before buying this chair. It was simple enough to assemble.It is comfortable and I like the recline and headrest, which I didnt think I would use much but now I have it, I love it! The lumbar support is also highly adjustable and massively helps my back as I have awful back pain. So major plus there.I am very pleased with this chair and I recommend it.

    For the price, this is an excellent performer. Much better than my £500 gaming chair it's replacing due to developing a rock hard seat after a few years. This thing is like sitting on Elisha Cuthbert.

    Its terrible, the cushion is broken and the lumbar support digs into your back and the chair doesnt recline at every angle, only in sections of 45 degrees, its resting position is too far forward but the second position is too far back, theres no sweet middle ground

    Great chair 5 months on that did definitely help alleviate my back pain at first, but there's some noise and seat issues that weren't there in the first few months that has made me edit this review and seek customer support.They sent me a new seat adjustment mechanism and the noise went away temporarily but I feel that the legs and wheels are the issue. I've had to modify this chair with rubber washers to dampen noise the connection points for the wheels and mechanism.Noise/loud creaking issues can be resolved if Hbada provide rubber washers for the seat lift mechanism mount and opt for traditional plastic legs instead of metal.I put these washers on my seat as the creaking was ruining my recording sessions and really bothering me throughout my work day. My ancient chair never made a sound, so this was very disappointing.Same with the wheels inserting into the metal legs, they made a racket, so I'd to also but rubber washers here too.Secondly the seat foam is basically dead where my body sits daily for work. I'm not heavy guy so this also bugs me. If I was a heavy set guy I'd expect this within reason, but even at that I'm quite disappointed at how the quality has kind of slipped away after 5 months of daily working from home use and occasional gaming.All other areas of the chair are super high quality such as the recline and arm rests/the lumbar support etc. I think the design needs some tweaks to justify the price.

    Easy to put together and strong enough for my big bum.Lots of adjustable support and very comfortable.I sometimes clatter my legs into the foot stool that slides under the seat but it doesn’t get in the way.No noticeable squeaks or creaks.Very happy with the new addition to the home office.
