The taste isnt amazing but it's fine. But the feeling of super clean teeth makes ip for it!

The taste is good, minty but not over powering. First time users will find the texture a little odd but my teeth and guns definitely feel cleaner. Good price and lasts a while.

I had heard about the benefits of oil pulling so thought I would give it a try. I can only manage 5 minutes at the moment. I am not sure how people manage doing it for 20 minutes. My mouth did feel clean, but the taste and texture is not too pleasant

I've been oil pulling for some time but have been using pure coconut oil up until now which doesn’t really have the most refreshing taste when being swished around in your mouth over a long period of time. I was excited to try this because of the added peppermint and spearmint oil and it really is so much nicer to use. You just need a teaspoon of product and swish it around in your mouth for 10-20 min. I like that this product also contains sesame oil which is another beneficial oil for oil pulling. There are three flavours to choose from: mint, lemon and thyme. Great product!

I had never heard of this pulling oil technique until this product was offered to me.I was keen to try it out as let’s be honest who wouldn’t want a better oral hygiene routine and if a simple swish of some oil can do all it says it’s a wonder cure!So first go, wow the strain to swish this for 20 minutes is very hard I managed 10 minutes and have stuck with that maybe if I keep it up I will manage more but that’s hard.Also the texture is not nice at all at the start I’m assuming the taste is better than plain coconut oil as it has a mint taste but I have to be honest I don’t really like it.After 3 goes in 2 weeks I can’t say I have noticed lots of difference but I’d assume you would have to keep it up for a while to really feel the benefits.This pot would not last you long so I’m sure it’s great value. I think a larger pot would be better to keep it up.So it tastes ok once you have fully melted it in your mouth but the texture for me is not nice at all.Also don’t forget not to spit it down the drain as when it goes cold again it will turn back to a gooey oil and clog the drains I spat it in the food waste bin.
