Extremely comfortable and cushioned for Arthritic feet
Love these shoes-bought for everyday wear, suffer from arthritis, helps minimise pain in feet while walking. Provides support and is well cushioned around arch, metatarsal and heel- can’t feel the concrete while walking on street 😊.I don’t do long walks or running- so can’t comment on it for those tasks (although I’ve noticed that it does propel/launch you forward- never worn a running shoe before), but for everyday wear it’s perfect for me. I’ve ordered another pair to stock up.Ps. In terms of size initially I bought my usual size of 9, but found toes were rubbing and being squeezed together uncomfortably at top, so bought a 9.5, which seems perfect. So half or 1 size bigger might be required.
Great support and cushioning
Comfortable, plush, cushioned. Very well made. Did take about 9 runs to get used to the shoe, probably because it’s the first time I’ve worn the more supportive Kayano.
Great Running Shoes
Perfect running shoes for my feet, comfortable and bouncy for long steady runs. Owned many running shoes and these are my favorite.
Nice shoes
Very comfortable straight out of the box. Although bigger, they look more elegant than previous Kayano models. They are also more comfortable. You might need to order half a size larger than in the Kayano 28 for instance.
Superb
I ran my first ever 20 km trail run in these straight out of the box. Wonderful! Supportive, cushioning and bouncy. Before and after shown above.

Inconsistent sizing
I've been using ASICS Kayano for seven years, purchasing the next version up every ~400 miles. The size of the 30s feels massive compared to the previous versions resulting in the increased support hurting my feet rather than helping them.I'm sure these are great running shoes but given ASICS quality control allows such a variation in sizing I'd recommend purchasing in person and trying on the shoes rather than leaving it the lottery as to whether the received pair will fit or not.Unfortunately after testing them out on a long run they are not in good enough shape to return, leaving me with a pair of £140 lemons.

Das Kayano-Modell begleitet mich seit Jahren in meinen Laufbemühungen. Da ich einige Modellversionen ausgesetzt habe, war es nun mal wieder der Zeit für ein neues Paar Schuhe, in diesem Fall das aktuelle Modell 30. Man muss schon seine Schuhgröße bei den Asics-Modellen kennen, da die EU-Größen allesamt etwas klein ausfallen. Obwohl ich eigentlich 43 habe, bin bei den Asics mit 44.5 genau richtig. So habe ich dann auch bestellt. Bei den Größen hat sich über die Jahre bei den Modellen zum Glück nichts verändert.Im Vergleich zu meinen älteren Kayano Modellen fällt sofort auf, dass das 30-Modell irgendwie keine lineare Abrollbewegung hat. Anders kann ich es nicht beschreiben. Es gibt so eine Art Kipppunkt, an dem die Abrollbewegung etwas an Geschwindigkeit zunimmt. Gewöhnungsbedürftig zum Anfang, angenehm und unterstützend beim Laufen.Der Stoff insbesondere im Zehenbereich scheint mir etwas dünn zu sein. Pediküre ist angesagt, sonst scheint mir die Möglichkeit eines Lochs im Bereich des großen Zehs doch sehr hoch.Ansonsten: der Schuh ist angenehm leicht, vielleicht als Folge der gesparten Stoffdicke.

Las mejores zapatillas
En mi caso no uso estás zapatillas porque sea corredora, las uso porque tengo sobrepeso y además pie plano y más zapatillas son una gozada. He usado las kayano 28 que me fueron fenomenal, las 29 que no me gustaron tanto y estás 30 que me parecen una gozada. Solo llevo una semana con ellas pero es como ir en una nube, las anteriores eran cómodas y amortiguadas, pero se notaba esa dureza extra que tiene para controlar la pronación, y no digo que aquí no se note, pero mi sensación es que se parecen algo más a esa pisada tan blanda y cómoda de la nimbus. En fin, a ver cuánto duran, pero me están gustando mucho.Cómo dice algún otro comentario, me he cogido medio número mas que el que llevé en la kayano 28 y 29(que ya eché en falta ese medio número mas) porque parece que tallan un poquito menos.
