Excellent value. Although this doesn’t have a zoom capability, the grip is very good, comfortable to hold and the zoom on the iphone is easy to use as the grip makes it so much easier. There are grips around which appear to be better, but the JJC grip does exactly what I wanted. Very firm grip, easy to attach to bluetooth and just works and the added cost value is a bonus. Very well made and feels good in the hand. Superb buy.

Everyone should consider using one of these with their iPhone if they take lots of photos. I've seen simialr devices for £70, so this is remarkable VFM. Very easy to use, with good secure grip (and wrist strap) and a rechargable battery.

Its primary use is to hold the phone steady. However I found the grip too small. Haven’t got particularly large hands but if I grip it fully my palm wraps around the phone and I touch the screen. So finger tips only for me. Apart from that, it’s built solidly, looks good, the stand feature is great and the Bluetooth works well for me.

I have always found great difficulty using the camera facility on my smartphone; holding it and pressing the shutter release without getting my fingers over the lens while maintaining composition and level horizons etc.!But now, with this excellent grip, I can operate the camera with one hand and even remotely by using the removable release and the folding stand or mounting onto a suitable tripod!

Good idea poorly executed. It didn't magnetise properly so kept spinning around.

Purchased for a non ‘magsafe’ phone intending to use the magnetic ring provided, however this proved unusable with my phone (Pixel 8 Pro) as the magnetic ring failed to stick securely, so returned for refund. The item looks to be robust and I’m sure it will work well with ‘magsafe’ phones, but I could not recommend it for other phones.

I love this. I’d been looking for a MagSafe compatible grip and this is the oneThe strength of the magnetic connection is very strong when it makes direct contact to the iPhone’s port so there’s no risk of slipping.It also comes with a rubberised lanyard which feels quality and is much better than a cloth one.I also love the removable remote. Connects perfectly via Bluetooth and the fact you can use it away from the phone is superb.Some have complained about the size of the grip element meaning their fingers protrude over the phone’s lenses. I’ve fairly large hands and the solution is to move your grip down. Not an issue at all.Finally the fact that you can connect it to selfie sticks etc is great. And the ability to rotate your phone between portrait and landscape is a good thing.Oh and a last thing - since it’s magnetic you can store it when not in use to anything magnet. This is great since I keep mine in the car and it’s always readily available when I’m out and about. Also since it’s magnetic you can use it on any metal surface such as your car roof and get great pictures without worrying about balancing your phone on the surface. One caveat is add is that, whilst the magnetic connector is padded, I prefer putting something like a glasses cleaning cloth between it and the surface simply because, with a magnet as strong as this, you need to slide it off the surface rather than directly lift it. Otherwise you could scratch the paint. I can’t see any advantage to the likes of the Fjorden or ShiftCam grips which are sooooo much more expensive.The only thing lacking for me is a hot shoe mount but it’s not a dealbreaker.

Looks and feels great. Some connection issues but can be worked around.
