The size of these gummies are easy to digest. The vitamin content for these gummies are Vitamin A, Vitamin D3, Vitamin E, Vitamin C, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12. Most of the Vitamins that you need. The Quality of these Gummies last around 1 month but if you sign up to the subscription if you find these Gummies are helpful then you can save 5% at the beginning.

For people needing hormone balancing medication. These would come with a good recommendation.Value for money, especially with the saver deal of three packs.Flavour not bad, easy to swallow and digest. Not too large either.Genuinely makes a difference on mood and quality of life.

I bought these for a change from my usual vitamins which had increased in price. Personally, despite using the entire pot, I didn't think they were as effective as others I've taken. The gummy had an odd texture but wasn't sticky and the flavour made me feel sick. Reverted back to my former brand as happier with the quality although more expensive.

I bought these initially as I was looking for hormone replacement (being 43 and perimenopausal) , I was recommended to try them somewhere but I can't remember where exactly.What I can say is I used these vitamins for 3 months and one of the most notable things for me was the condition of my nails hair and skin all improved dramatically. I seemed to look younger!I didn't order them last month, I ordered a different kind of supplement especially developed apparently for women at my stage in life - they were more expensive and less effective. I have noticed my nails and hair have started breaking again!I will be ordering the 3 month supply this time and making sure I don't run out. I am also going to try other vitamins in this range. I think they are very reasonably priced compared to others too.Note; I only really write reviews when I am impressed with something ;)
