Seems like a really nice machine. I like the minimalist design. It was so simple to set up and everything worked first time.My only concern is the fan constantly running. Yes, it's summer and it's warm so perhaps it won't always run. Seems like great value.

This PC runs really well; fast, responsive, and handles multiple tasks without slowing down.I use it mainly for cybersecurity working tools, admin tasks and web browsing, and it's been smooth across the board. Performance-wise, I’m happy.However, it was clear from the start that this wasn’t a brand-new system.There were already apps and settings in place that you wouldn’t expect from a fresh install, suggesting the system had been used or preconfigured by someone else.One of the biggest issues I had was with the sound. There was no audio output at all initially.The drivers appeared installed, but nothing came through.After a lot of troubleshooting, including updating Realtek drivers and checking BIOS settings, I found out the system just doesn’t have built-in speakers. I had to buy separate external speakers in order to get any sound.Once all of that was sorted, the PC has been performing great.Just be prepared to spend a bit of time getting it fully configured, and factor in the cost of accessories like speakers if you need sound.✅ Pros:🌟 Fast and reliable performance🌟 Great for multitasking and everyday use🌟 Quiet and efficient🌟 Strong value for money once set up❌ Cons:⛔️ Not truly brand new — pre-installed items and settings⛔️ No onboard speakers — had to buy external ones⛔️ Sound required driver updates and system tweaks to work

It only turned on the first time, and the initiation of Windows and customization had already been set previously, so the operating system was already used. Also, there is not even a bright LED when the computer is on. However, after the first ignition, afterwards it never turned on again. It's just rubbish.In addition, in the hypothesis that it had worked correctly, it has only four USB ports behind and two in front. It's also really light, the feeling is that there was nothing inside. But mainly it didn't work. I couldn't help but return it, it was only a waste of time.

The CPU is good and according to the description. Cables and everything working fine. Monitor is good but old model and don’t have HDMI port, but overall quality is good. clock speed and performance match description. Keyboard and mouse both working properly. Till now didn’t face any issue. Packing was very good.

I am not a tech wiz - I remember putting 2 (old) pence into the phone, and pressing button A, so my son set it up in very little time. He said it was easy, and I have found it very easy to use (and so quick after my old very slow laptop). There is no noise, the quality seems good, (but I'm no expert) It would appear very good vfm - It is cheaper than a reconditioned laptop. I'm happy, though I haven't had it long.

I recently purchased this computer and I am more than really pleased with it.It arrived really well packed, was easy to set up by swapping existing cables and was working within a few minutes.The computer case is nice and lightweight and as was advertised, it really is lightening fast compared to my old one.I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this product. I am really, really pleased with my purchase and think it is excellent value for money. A great way to upgrade to Windows 11. Thank you.

The PC arrived promptly, well packed and started up immediately into Windows 11. I'm very happy with the product and it's well priced. It says all new components but also that the CPU is renewed so not clear (hence 4 stars not 5). It's a fairly basic PC - ideal for what I wanted but might not suit gamers. Integrated graphics card for instance.

Bought this PC in May 2024, my Windows 11 on it now saying it's not serviceable! it seems the processor is not compatible with windows 11, I have two sons who are both computer experts. I was offered a repair....what would be repaired if nothing is broken. Wouldn't trust them now anyway. Won't give me refund which is what I am entitled to as it isn't of merchantable quality. Will be buying yet another PC now and never from them again ! Buyers beware !
