It’s a helpful system and alignment pin method works ok with care. Used it for modifications ti an existing kitchen.Unfortunately the centre point is quite deep so some laminated doors are at risk of seeing the point (that’s really a problem for the door manufacturers but a shallower point would reduce risk, or hinges with a smaller cup). I had just one hinge position where there was a small bump from the point visible on the laminate side (i.e. the point was right through the MDF and touching the underside of laminate).Good value for money, high quality cutter should last for many jobs.

Item was as described. Initially thought the Magnetic Pilot Hole Plate was separate from looking at instructions and thought it was missing, however I noticed it was already attached.

Used once and it melted with generated heat.Returned for refund. I rate Trend products highly so very surprised.

Although initially promising, the bit exhibited significant limitations when used for a series of holes. It overheated and melted the plastic, rendering it completely unusable. Therefore, I strongly advise being cautious by leaving it too cool after drilling two holes.
