Remove the cotton swab from the left side of the bag, please note the cotton swab pad at the tip of the swab. This is the cushion used to collect sample 2. Hold the swab in your hand with a finger behind the tip of the cotton swab pad. Clean the surface 3. Please insert the cotton swab back on the left side of the bag in the same orientation (the tip of the pad first). Please insert the cotton swab up to half. Note: the cotton swab will not yet be inserted to the bottom 4. REPEAT THE UP STEPS with the swab on the right side of the bag 5. Holding the bag upright, crush the 2 ampoules by pressing firmly with your thumbs. Shake until the liquid reaches the lower chamber of the cotton swab in bag 6. Hold the bag upright, push both swabs down until they reach the bottom of the bag. Make sure the chemicals completely cover the test pad. Interpret the test in 30-60 seconds 7. Automated Detection: Scan the QR code with the "Mobile Detect" app. The results can also be read by comparing the color results with the graphic in the test. The colors on both sides should match the chart. App is available on Apple and Android in app stores**
