We've partnered with the executive chef at Bella Italia and used our flavour expertise to develop a range for you to recreate your restaurant favourites at home. Enjoy! Marco Polo: A seasoning blend with soy sauce, fennel and star anise. Preparation and Usage: Just add: 1 tbs oil 250g thin beef steak, sliced 200g chestnut mushrooms, quartered 3 spring onions, sliced 150ml water 1 tbs honey 275g Casarecce or fusilli pasta, cooked and drained 3 Easy Cooking Steps: 1. Heat oil and fry beef for 2-3 minutes, add mushrooms and most of the spring onions (reserving around 1 tbs for garnish), fry for a further 5 mins. 2. Combine the water, honey and seasoning and add to the pan, bring to the boil, until thickened. 3. Stir in the cooked pasta and heat through. Serve immediately with remaining spring onion and a dash of soy sauce.
