The item is not fit for purpose. It is not secure.. The single swivel bolt can be removed with a spanner in a few seconds and the post can be taken out even when locked. Why go the trouble of concreting in 4 heavy duty bolts when the post can be removed easily by unscrewing one nut? It doesn't make any sense. how did this pass any security inspections?
