Cider vinegar is supposed to be good for our gut and I've been drinking it for years now - saw these gummies and decided to try them. They taste good - really a lot better than quickly chugging cider vinegar or mixing it with something else and making a long drink that takes ages to get through.There's 1000mg cider vinegar per serving along with 80% of your recommended daily vitamin C, 100% of your recommended daily folic acid, 80% of your recommended daily B12 and some B6 thrown in too.Definitely worth trying if you're interested in gut health.

You need to chew two of these cute little gummy bears daily, so the tub will last for a month. It doesn't say what time of day, or if you should take them with or after food, so I presume that means that you can take them however it suits you best. I chew them both in the morning before food, but that's just how I don't forget to take them, do whatever works best for you.I've tried quite a few of these apple cider vinegar gummies as I do love the effects, and these have a particularly delicate flavour to them, so if you've tried others in the past that you thought were too strong a flavour, then try these as they aren't a strong flavour. I find them very pleasant. Sometimes with a stronger flavour, I find that if I inhale wrong whilst chewing them that I can start coughing, not so with these ones, there aren't any fumes, if that's the right way to describe what I mean, you'll know if it's happened to you. You may think that all these ACV gummies are all the same, but they are not. If, like me, you prefer a more delicate flavour then these might be the ones for you.

I love supplement gummies so snapped these Apple cider vinegar ones up when they became available. Not only do they contain apple cider vinegar but they also have vitamin C, B6, B12 and folic acid.They are easy to consume and you get 60 gummies in the container so at 2 a day it will last you a month.The taste is good - I still get a hint of the vinegar when eating them and they aren't as nice as some of the gummies I've have in the past. That being said that isn't necessarily a bad thing as they taste a bit more natural in my opinion.As with all supplements everybody will respond differently to their consumption but for the price I think these are good value for.moneh and worth a try if you want to add apple cider vinegar into your diet in a quick and convenient way.
