You seal them with an iron or heat gun which adds a nice touch. I added labels to really finish them off and the little window is great so you can see the contents of the bag. I was moving and wondered what I was going to do with all my storage jars, then I saw these bags and rather than taking all the jars with me put all my herbs and spices etc into these bags, reducing the space, was so glad I did this.

Good little bags but I did end up returning them because they didn't suit my needs. I was using them to put wax melts in but they didn't fit quite right.

I have been making wax melts for gifts and needed something to package them in to which these have been idea. There is a little window so contents can be seen and the whole bag is resealable, so when used a melt at the time there is no fear of loss which is ideal for the recipients too. These are bijoux but strong so don't let their size put you off.

I was thrilled to be offered these as have had these Kraft envelopes (but larger) before, for a community project I'm involved with.I thought the price of these seemed VERY good, and should have realised, on that alone, that I might have made a mistake when I just looked at 'the numbers' but not the units of measurement.These are not going to work for the divvying up of loose bulk rice, pulses etc, not unless these are designed for Borrowers, rather than humans!In a larger size, the waterproof lining makes them perfect, as the product description suggests for foodstuffs. I suppose, in the food area, these could be useful for divvying up loose bulk herbs and spices, but for craft use, which they would be perfect for, beads and small diy notions like hooks etc, don't need the special lining.I guess a company who might send samples of loose tea leaves etc could also find these useful. Or perhaps plant seedsThey are very good bags indeed. For teeny tiny things

How good to find some small sized storage bags that are made of paper instead of plastic.These 50 Kraft bags measure only about 14cm x 9cm and with the ziplock system they are perfect for sealing small amounts of dried foods. In particular, my wife plans to weigh out porridge in 39gram portions to replace the sachets that we currently buy. I can also see these bags being very helpful in preparing small quantities of snacks and the clear windows will make it easy to see the contents. I also think that these bags will be perfect for storing seeds later in the year.TIP: I found that it was much easier to open up the pouch before filling the bag just by pushing the sides together.At a price of around £5 these bags work out at about 10p each so they are cheap enough, especially considering the small capacity, and they are well made and functional. I reckon they should get a 5 Star rating.
