Was skeptical when ordering this, however, pleasantly surprised. Easy to set up on your phone then being able to see a magnified view inside your ear is both fascinating and effective to clean ears. It's tiny and soft, so cleans ears painlessly. Highly recommend

The good- this device, is well packaged with clear instructions and overall is pretty self-explanatory. It also appears to be well made with a sleek, lightwell yet solid design and comes complete with instructions, a charging cable (USB) and several spare cleaning heads.The challenge I had was getting the App, which you need to download, to connect with the device. It appears to operate on its own network (piggybacking off your WIFI) and it struggled to stay connected, for me at least. However, it appears to work more consistently if the device is fully charged, which doesn't take long but personally, I'd prefer if it just connected directly to my WIFI. Once you have it working it is effective, the camera is good and it provides great images of ear wax in the ear.The one thing I would mention to anyone using a device like this is the inner ear is a very delicate area so be very careful of pushing too far into the ear, an adult has about 2-2.5 cm of ear canal before you get to the ear drum and touching the ear drum should be avoided at all costs. I was rather surprised that the instructions for this device offer little cautionary advice to this effect.Overall it's a decent device but can be frustrating to get working (that may have been just me) and should be operated carefully to avoid injury.

Great wee gadget. My son has always had ear issues and problems with wax so we decided to move on from ear candling to this and it is brilliant.Takes a bit of navigating to get your bearings at first, but it’s so accurate.The light is on the end of the spatula which is perfect for seeing what you’re doing.It’s very straight forward to use. Download the app and follow the 2 instructions on it. 1. Connect to wifi. 2. Use the product.It comes with 5 attachments (so my son told me as he put a fresh one on for me to use) but I’ve no doubt they’ll be easy to clean and reuse.Easy to charge. Glad to have bought this as have tried so many things over the years and this is a great wee gadget

La telecamera riesce a far vedere bene il condotto uditivo, facile la connessione Wi-Fi al cellulare. App che sia carica velocemente e permette anche di fare foto. Gli strumenti per rimuovere il cerume sono morbidi e quindi non danno fastidio
