The plaque has stopped. I no longer have that nasty film on my teeth. Brushing is efficient- I don’t brush so hard. No bad breath - as a smoker - I can do without it. Wish I had discovered it sooner. I bought another bottle for my friend. I don’t normally recommend anything if I don’t believe it works. Update I was using this and have stopped. Severe allergic reaction and now have mouth ulcers and cannot taste anything. Please be careful, may not be suitable for everyone.

I have been using these for a couple of months, I haven’t really seen much of a difference.I haven’t experienced and bloating.They seem good quality, I’m not sure if I will be buying more since I haven’t actually noticed a difference

I bought them to change the oral flora and improve my breath. So far, I haven't noticed a difference, but will continue using it. If anything changes for the better, I will report. I take one pill in the morning and one in the evening.
