These can often have a too sweet or synthetic taste but I actually like these ones.They dissolve easily and give a good tasting drink for rides (or other activity).I'm a little unsure why I couldn't find the bigger packs and wonder about the eco-credentials of smaller quantities but it does mean you have sealed packs of you don't use many.

I wanted an alternative to berocca and was pointed to these and I have to admit they are a game changer. Taste is great, energy levels good and as a little bonus they are a great tool to aid the odd hangover!

I do not recommend this supplierI have been using High Five hydration tablets for years. They have always come in tubes of 20 tablets. I didn’t spot that this product only has 10 tablets in a tube. This makes the cost of a tablet almost double compared to other suppliers. I will not be buying from this retailer again
