The problem is that I work from home, and I need to be in front of the laptop for 8+ hours. Then, when I'm not in front of the laptop, I'm ferrying the kids between activities. None of these really get my stepcount up, but I'm still hungry, and I'll need to grab a snack from time to time.If I had more time, I'd try to make granola bars etc, but between work, the kids, the house and the things I want to get done for myself, I just need to spend cash and get a snack quickly. Rather than nip into the shop and grab a buttery fattening sandwich, these bars are a perfect substitute. The box just sits in the cupboard, and if I'm running to do something, or quickly need a snack between meetings with a coffee, I'll grab a bar and run back upstairs.The calorie count is low (99) per bar, and the flavour is acceptable. They're diet bars, so you're not going to have the lush oily/chocolatty flavour of a full on chocolate bar, but there's enough of a chocolate coating, or marshmellow flavour that you get that "sweet" hit with the coffee that takes the edge off your hunger.The price is pretty good too compared to nipping into the shops. Some of these bars are going for over Β£2.00 in the shops, that Β£24 for 12, which I think is just too much for me. If I grab one mid-morning, have one as dessert for lunch and one mid-afternoon to prevent me snacking, then that would be over Β£6 a day on top of normal food bills. Too much.These are a much better price and work for my budget.

I really like these bars. They have some really nice flavours and they are a good size. They satisfy my sweet craving nicely and at under 100 calories it's helping with my diet. I will definitely buy these again

They taste pleasant, are good value for money and really don't feel like just 99 calories. I found them a bit too sweet for my taste (never thought I'd say that!), and the artificial sweetener didn't really agree with me, but if you're looking for a low calorie treat to take the edge off any cravings these might do the trick

OMG! These are the absolute BEST low calorie bars I have ever tried. They make a fabulous sweet treat (or two!) with a cuppa tea & there's a flavour for every mood π Just perfect for us 'Dieters'. I absolutely recommend ππ»

These bars are so small you need 2 in one sitting! Talk about inflation.. Don't be fooled into thinking you're getting a good deal here because you aren't. I won't be buying again even though the bars tasted marginally good........

Very disappointed in these bars. For a protein bar they are small and insubstantial, plus nearly every one in the box had a white haze on the chocolate coating, making it taste pretty awful. I shan't be buying these again.
