    These are very pleasant to take. Has it helped to keep weight at bay,? Possibly, it’s hard to really tell. I know that cinnamon is powerful and has good properties. The real proof is if one stops taking it what happens. Doctors won’t give their approval for a herbal supplement that semi rivals metformin…I always think if the chemical industry and the herbalists got together instead of being rivals, more people would be healthier sooner.

    We will find out if they help along the way but my initial thoughts were small sticky gummies that taste OK. I hand to wash my hands after handling them, which I wasn’t expecting.

    I have taken numerous berberine products in the past as someone who has reactive hypoglycemia I really need to keep my blood levels as stable as possible, like most using berberine. I have recently started to wear a CGM and noticed that my sugars rise slightly (then dip due to RH) after these tablets. It's not a huge rise and dip for some but it shouldn't be doing this based on the listed ingredients. As you can see from the photo my bloods have been stable all day with my controlled diet until I took the gummys at 9pm. I know others with CGM have also found the same judging by the reviews so I would recommend the manufactures review their products. On a plus note it's the best berberine I have ever taste and no nasty after taste like most
