I used it in coffee. It's nice and very coconut tasting. Stir in well. Enjoy. Not 100% like milk in solution but good enough.

It is a great product but unfortunately was quite cold when it got to me which I feel might be from the packet or packaging . Other than that, great product.

Really disappointed I bought this thinking finally an organic coconut milk powder only to find out it has the ingredient Maltodextrin which can be derived of got agitating products for someone like myself who has IBS… Luckily I got through to a really helpful customer service representative who when I explained the situation they were able to give me a full refund but I’m still annoyed because now I need to find a dairy free powder somehow which doesn’t seem to exist on the market, somebody would make a killing if they were able to create one.

So disappointed to receive this and find out on the back of the packet in tiny writing that it contains maltodextrin (which can be derived from corn, rice or wheat. The latter two I'm not able to have so avoid all derivitives of)On the listing it says 100% organic coconut milk powder on the title and ingredients with no mention of the maltodextrin. So sadly I cannot test it.

I ordered this to use in my protein shakes and fruit smoothies. I love the taste of coconut in all of its forms, whether it is the meat of the nut itself, the water, or the milk. I have used the carton/canned coconut milk before in my smoothies and it is fantastic. I have never tried it in powdered form before, but thought I would give it a try…and I am so happy that I did.This powder blends quickly and easily into water, or whatever I am mixing it into. While I normally blend it with water for my vanilla protein shakes, I love to add it to pineapple juice for a pina colada flavor. It is a delicious addition to my fruit smoothies as well. It give the smoothies a creamy coconut taste that is absolutely divine.This coconut milk powder is very good quality and has a very fresh taste. One bag lasts a lot longer than the cartons I usually buy, and I can adjust the amount of powder I use to suit my own taste.Overall, I am very happy with the quality and flavor of this coconut milk powder. I will definitely be buying this one again.
