I’ve heard a lot of good stuff about Berberine, and Mobu do a lot of really great vitamins, I started taking this around 3-4 weeks ago everyday and I’ve already noticed a difference, people are telling me my face looks less swollen (which I can also notice as well!) it also suppresses my appetite and I’m no longer as hungry as I once was. I used to be a serial binger but since taking these I’ve noticed a decrease in appetite! Great value for money, will be buying again.

They are working for me. But have to take 4 tablets per day. Small so easy to swallow. I have noticed after 3-4 weeks my cravings nights gone.

This is the third time I have purchased this product. I've not tried other brands so can't compare. This works for me so I'm sticking with it. I am not using it for weight loss I struggle with a sluggish bowel as a result of medications. I take these in the morning and a few bits of liquorice in the afternoon and movements are almost normal again. I have tried many things before but not found anything that helps like this combination. Very easy to take, work well for me. would recommend.

On the ingredients, the first listed is rice flour, then berberine. (The rice flour may be used to bulk, or it may be for a good purpose like moisture control, I dont know). Berberine SHOULD be very bitter and should be bright yellow; however this brand there has virtually no flavour and is light in colour which suggests to me that the berberine isnt very concentrated or potent. I recently ordered a different brand and the difference was obvious as the other brand (VitaBright, not affiliated) has a strong bitter flavour (not nice, but shows its strong) and deep bright yellow.

Firstly I would like to say that at 48 I am suffering the symptoms of perimenopause, but really don't want hurt yet! This was recommended by a friend and I've been on them for a month now.They are very easy to swallow (1 a day) and I can't definitely tell the difference in my mental state, I'm not as grumpy, emotional or erratic, they are good quality and very effective and I definitely think they are helping with weight loss. I recommended them ladies
