I used to buy from Zipvit directly before finding them on Bolo. It’s easier (and cheaper) for me to get it through prime and I can get next day delivery. Zipvit products are great. The packaging ensures that it’s airtight so all the vitamins are in great condition. The Ashwaganda works as expected and I’m now on my second bottle.

I bought this for vagus nerve healing as I’d read a lot about it. The first night I took one I slept so deeply and had vivid dreams! It really works like a sleeping tablet but other people take them in the morning so maybe it doesn’t affect everybody in the same way. I then broke a capsule open and put half in some milk before bedtime and again I slept very well without the grogginess the next day

This product is very nicely presented and packaged. I have used ashwaghanda mostly for anxiety previously and had bought the Solgar brand which was actually very good but I wanted to buy organic and read great reviews of this one. However, I have to say I cannot feel any difference at all with this one and it claims to be stronger. I understand everybody is different and perhaps it works well for sleep (I don't have any problem sleeping) so i can't comment. I just know that I noticed less anxiety when taking the other brand and don't with this one. Only my opinion - it had great reviews from others.

Ashwaganda was recommended to me by chance, as I'm going through menopause and had tried virtually everything going to no avail I thought I would give these a go, it took me a while to find a really good quality one, but these fit the bill. I was suffering with mild depression and anxiety due to a drop in hormonal levels, these make me feel really relaxed, in a positive mood all day, and the health benefits are amazing, reducing inflammation levels, adaptogen, the list goes on and on with the clinical trials that have so far being carried out. I wouldn't be without them and have recommended them to lots of ladies of a similar age!

This product has been the difference between me getting through the day or having to sleep nearly every afternoon as I was so tired . Brilliant I even got my husband to start taking it and he noticed the difference almost immediately, and he doesn’t like taking any supplements usually. Can recommend enough we are on our third bottle now
