I've been taking Turmeric for years now after the missus's mammy recommended it to me when I had a painful knee joint which wouldn't go away. I started taking Turmeric back then and my knee hasn't played up since... which is more than I can say for the rest of my decrepit carcass.I'm usually quite cynical about health supplements and only tend to stick with ones which have scientific evidence to back up their claims. And, since starting to take Turmeric all those years ago, I've actually seen scientific testing which proved that it DOESN'T work. Well, all I can say to that—illogical though ti may be—is that, if it is a placebo, it works for me. So I'll continue to take it.Anway, it's one of the cheaper supplements. So it's not that big of a financial gamble, anyway.
