Take a while before they take effect so take about am hour before. Good size so fits snug in your cupboard or bag. Would be better as gummies. Overpriced for me, easy to swallow as long as you stick it near the back of your throat and do not take too long before you swallow with liquid.

I work for long hours in front of the computer and because of my work I don't have energy and focus anymore and I don't have patience to do almost anything so I wanted to get some supplement and I found these ones and I have decided to give them a try.Besides these I don't take anything else and when I have received the pack I checked what is the recommendation and here I mean how many capsules do I have to take each day and I have respected that and I can say that in a short time I can feel that I can focus better and to my surprise I even have more patience do things and most likely is because of these.They're easy to swallow and I have set the reminder just for me not to forget to take them and I hope my state will get even better in the future.

Im Rahmen eine Produkttests konnte ich die EnergizeMax Kapseln von Dr. Watson ausprobieren.Ich bin immer auf der Suche nach Präparaten, die meine Leistungsfähigkeit steigern, mein Wohlbefinden erhöhen und mein Immunsystem unterstützen.Dadurch bin ich auch auf die EnergizeMax Kapseln von Dr. Watson gestoßen.Löwenmähne und Cordyceps hatten mir bis dato nicht viel gesagt. Google half da weiter. Beide Inhaltsstoffe (aus Pilzen gewonnen) erhöhen wohl tatsächlich die Aufmerksamkeit, sowie auch die allgemeinen kognitiven Fähigkeiten. Im Kombination mit Ginseng und veschiedenen B-Vitaminen, also eine vielversprechende Mischung.Man darf jetzt nicht sofort eine spürbare Wirkung erwarten.Ich nehme das Präparat nun seit knapp 3 Wochen (jeweils 2 Kapseln mit reichlich Flüssigkeit zum Frühstück) und ich beginne mich tatsächlich etwas fitter zu fühlen. Meine Konzentration hat sich verbessert und ich kann etwas länger fokussiert an einem Thema arbeiten.Ich fühle mich einfach besser, wacher...Das ist allerdings nur eine rein subjektive Beobachtung.Jeder Mensch reagiert wahrscheinlich anders auf die vorliegende Wirkstoffkombination.Allerdings verspüre ich auch keinerlei Nebenwirkungen nach der Einnahme.Da die Menge der EnergizeMax Kapseln von Dr. Watson nur für einen Monat abgestimmt ist, habe ich noch eine weitere Dose mit 60 Kapseln bestellt.Ich werde die Wirkung an mir dann noch weiter beobachten und nach Ende der dann zwei Monate hier ein kurzes Update geben.Fazit:Recht teuer, aber ausgewogen, abgestimmte, hochwertige Inhaltstoffe.Da ich die Wirkung noch nicht genau und sicher feststellen kann, hier erstmal 4 Sterne von mir

Die Verpackung der Dr. Watson Tabletten ist ansprechend gestaltet und hat mir bereits auf den ersten Blick gut gefallen. Die äußere Präsentation spricht mich sehr an, aber das nur am Rande.Die Größe der Kapseln ist wie bei solchen Kapseln üblich und sie lassen sich problemlos einnehmen.Obwohl ich anfangs skeptisch war, habe ich bereits nach wenigen Tagen eine positive Veränderung bemerkt. Ich arbeite als IT Berater im Homeoffice und erlebe im Verlauf des Tages einige Energieabfälle, begleitet von Müdigkeit.Seit ich die Tabletten einnehme, habe ich eine deutliche Reduzierung dieser Tiefs festgestellt. Mein Energielevel ist gestiegen, ich bin aufmerksamer und spüre eine bessere Konzentrationsfähigkeit.Dieser Effekt hat mich angenehm überrascht, da ich mir zuvor nicht vorstellen konnte, dass die Tabletten solch eine Wirkung haben würden.Ich bevorzuge die Einnahme morgens nach dem Aufstehen und vertrage sie sehr gut.Angesichts der positiven Resultate, die ich persönlich erfahren habe, plane ich definitiv, die Tabletten weiterhin einzunehmen.
