Absolutely marvellous bike. I've had many non electric cycles over the years since boyhood and I still like my fixie bike today. But, this has been something else. I've used it cycling around London nearly everyday over the past 18 months.The frame feels really strong and well built. It would be nice if there was a sky blue or white version or something ..maybe one day ..The phone app synching with bike works smoothly and reliably.I've done over 10,000 kilometres. I've had the brake pads replaced a few times, which is normal and helps keeps one safe and others on the road too. So please do this when needed and keep cycling safe folks.It feels really comfortable. I felt like I was sitting in an arm chair when going up a steep Highgate Hill, when I took the bike out for a spin on the first day of use. I found the electrics kicked in great that day and onward.It was delivered in good time in a rather huge box - as the bike is mostly assembled. Putting it together was relatively easy. Just take your time doing it and double check it all before taking it on the road.The only thing that I think I've adjusted is the seat height which is easy.The tyres were a real surprise. I have had no punctures. I did change the rear tyre after about 14 months of use and I will change the front tyre soon. Considering the mileage I've done, I find the tyre quality and the rest of the bike to be great.A pleasant happy experience. It feels sturdy on the road too. And responsive.Take care. Great price & excellent service, although it stated upto 7 days delivery etc it was outside my front door DHL on day 4! Christmas came early feeling. 😁Critical purchase for me as I have limited lung functioning & intermittent energy levels so this bike is my commute to shop & Drs as I've got a difficult hill in village that makes the thought of going out worrying.This fantastic ebike breezes up the hill at max speed... Lol. Oh my. Lol easy no effort....Listen, I'm already exploring miles outside the village now, enjoying coastal views.✔️I've only had it since beginning of August 24, but it's priceless. It gets this ' disabled guy' out in the community & that's very important.So if your balance is OK, but hills or walking beyond 100 metres fills you with dread this ebike may be the solution.Start off slowly, radiate out on some nice cycle routes & you'll be cycling to pub for Sunday Lunches in no time.... 👏😁✔️It came very well packed. I assembled it indoors thinking dozens of bolts & screws to do, but it was only x 2 wheel nuts, x4 screws on handle bar & the wee light. But I savoured it as it is like a new pair of legs/lungs to me!I purchased the 29 inch frame as I prefer the larger frame & I've inside leg of 33/34 inches it is big size, but I like big. 😁So if you've smaller inside leg, the 27.5 size will be plenty.Bonus note inside my box I received latest 2024 model with improved battery & extra 5km range apparently, I couldn't stop smiling.Wooohooo! Thank you seller! 😁Plenty fast enough even at UK limited motor. I'll add some video reviews of my M2 EBIKE now named, ' Tonto ' after my cycle helmet cam turns up in in a few weeks.To the seller. It's quite a smooth bicycle and really nice going up the hills without all the sweating. The only negative thing is it's a little bit heavy but then I'm in my 60s is got lovely big tyres so your going to have a smooth ride also get a extra loud bicycle beeper because if unfortunately you did hit somebody it would re hurt them as it is a heavy bike, for the price are I paid £700 pound I would recommend it and I think it's a bargain hopefully in about five years time with new technology you'll be able to get a lighter bike

Really great built bike took me about 45 to 60 minutes to put together check to make sure seat and handle bars are thoroughly tight.riding the bike is so easy to ride especially up hills overall very pleased delivery very good came before due date

The item arrived and was extremely well packaged. I am only 5'7" (1.70 ish) but the handlebars were too low, and could not be adjusted. Assembly was easy, but then this isn't my first rodeo. The instructions are fine for me. Once all together however several things became apparent. The front deraillieur was very reluctant to engage the top cog. The deal breaker was the fact that all the "assistance" levels didn't. Only level 2 had any effect and that was an initial jump then nothing. All the others were not effective at all. The pedals won't last long from the creaking they let out. The seat needed adjusting, I think a friendly sumo wrestler had tightened it. The clamp on the seat stem would need replacing in short order as it had trouble gripping hard enough to lock the saddle in place. The APP would not connect to the bike no matter how I tried with two seperate phones. So in conclusion looked the part, was well presented but wanted to return for a refund but you can't as the package is too big to return to China. After a lot of to and fro, and asking for a video of the item not working (which I didn't send as I couldn't work out how to do it, I had to invoke a credit card section 75 threat, which eventually resulted in a full refund. DO NOT PAY WITH a DEBIT CARD

I have good things to say about the seller and the bike. The bike arrived fast and well packaged. It was easy to put the bike together, all tools arrived with the bike. The hub motor is responsive and fairly strong. I can breeze up to 15% incline with minimal effort (that is for my 100kg body mass), s steeper incline makes a moderate workout but the motor still helps quite a bit. It is enjoyable and well built bike.

Perché ho scelto la M2 e non la M3? Perché mi piaceva l’estetica e soprattutto perché ha 21 rapporti contro i 7 dell’altra. 21 rapporti vuol dire poter gestire la bicicletta, a batteria spenta, nel migliore dei modi in tutte le situazioni. Va che è una meraviglia anche grazie alle sue grandi ruote, il peso non si sente. Quando non ce la faccio più o voglio riposare, accendo il motore che fa il suo dovere anche nelle salite molto ripide. La bicicletta è arrivata dopo 6gg dall’ordine. L’imballaggio era integro e ben fatto, l’ebike non riportava nessun segno di danneggiamento. Il montaggio abbastanza semplice. Durante la prova ho notato che il rapporto posteriore si fermava al quinto pignone. Avvisata l’assistenza, mi inviava un tutorial di smontaggio e rimontaggio del cambio, di svitare e avvitare viti, ma io non essendo un tecnico, ho preferito un meccanico. Quando ha visto la bici mi ha fatto subito notare che il proteggi deragliatore era troppo vicino e così impediva il movimento. Mi ha sistemato i raggi della ruota posteriore perché ballava, il freno anteriore perché la pastiglia fregava sul disco. Ora è tutto OK. Tutto sommato sono abbastanza soddisfatto di tutto l’insieme compreso il venditore tanto è vero che ho ordinato un’altra bici la T2 x la moglie. Spero che le bici durino tanto.

***UPDATE: Ahora 800KM hecho! tenia que cambiar pastillas de freno traseras. También escuché un ruido de clic proveniente del pedaleador. Le envié un video al vendedor y, después de insistir un poco, me enviaron uno nuevo. Lo instalaron y todo estuvo bien. Resumen... Genial, PERO una observación ... sería que debes tener algunos conocimientos de mantenimiento y ser un poco hábil para mantener la bicicleta en buen estado y hacer cualquier reparación "dentro de la garantía". En general, estoy realmente impresionado. Sin embargo, no te hagas ilusiones de que puede competir en las montañas con una bicicleta de 'mid-drive' de 5000e. He intentado ir con amigos que tienen bicicletas caras y no pude hacer lo mismo que ellos. Para senderos, carreteras y pistas forestales es genial. Por supuesto, puedes hacer pistas de montaña, pero si pesas +/- 110 kg no te fíes del motor que no tiene suficiente forza para subidas largas y duras, tendrás que pedalear mucho.***Solo he hecho 12 km, pero de momento está cumpliendo con las expectativas. Los frenos son un poco ruidosos, pero supongo que deben asentarse. Estoy cerca del límite de peso recomendado, así que cuando subí una colina MUY empinada necesité un poco de trabajo de piernas; tener las marchas ayudó mucho en este caso.Actualizaré la reseña después de unos pocos kilómetros más; espero que todavía esté contento; debo admitir que tenía un poco de miedo de gastar tanto dinero y confié en las reseñas, así que espero poder aportar mi granito de arena.**UPDATE: he recorrido más de 100 km y todo está bien,los frenos no hacen ningún ruido ahora. Tienes que acostumbrarte a las marchas y al nivel de asistencia. A mí me gusta hacer algo de trabajo de piernas, así que lo configuro en 3 o 4. Solo uso la parte superior de las engranajes (los 8 mas alto), pero he usado el del medio en una cuesta más empinada. Creo que nunca usaré las marchas más bajas a menos que no esté usando la asistencia del motor. Otra actualización a los 500 km**I've only done 12 km , but at the moment it's living up to expectations. The brakes are a bit noisy, but i suppose they need to settle in. I'm near the top end of the recommended weight limit so when I went up a REALLY steep hill I needed a bit of legwork- having the gears helped a lot here.I'll update the review after a few more KM - lets hope I'm still happy- I must admit I was a bit aprehensive to spend so much money and I trusted in the reviews, so I hope I can put my grain of sand
