Firstly I'd like to confirm that this review is for the Razer HyperSpeed variant not the pros. The HyperSpeed headset comes with removable ear cups, but only the one set that comes attached. I think only the pros come with a spare pair. The headset came with a usb connector dongle for wireless connectivity to your computer. It also has a Bluetooth function for wireless connectivity to another device with Bluetooth enabled. The headset is a little heavy and takes some getting used to in terms of the fit and feel however now that I am it's very comfortable. The adjustments from the metal bands on each side work great and do not make the headset too loose. The bands are also sturdy enough that the headset does not loosen on it's own over time. The cups are a good size and allow your ears to be fully enclosed in them with no gaps around the outter edges. The headband is plush and comfortable too. I use these everyday for 2-4hours and have absolutely no discomfort. They also do not leak very much sound when on due to the snug fit.The microphone is very impressive for its size. The sensitivity isolation is great and listeners on a call cannot hear other people talking out loud in the same room as me (just 2meters away). The audio quality of the microphone is well balanced and clear, especially when you adjust the microphones position to an appropriate level of distance. I actually prefer the sound of my voice through this headset than my recording mic.The speakers in the headset are also quite impressive, I am used to using £200+ mixing headphones when I'm on my pc and these are not noticeably that much worse. For the price I am very impressed. At first I found that some applications or games would sound off, but after tweaking some of the settings using Razer Synapse this problem was quickly resolved. I really like the ability to create specific profiles using synapse and then applying them to each application. The depth of sound levels is great, picking up each individual part of the sound well. The bass drivers deliver very deep bass even in the lower levels. Which is great for movies and certain games with cinematics. The battery life is where I'm blown away, I charged the headset up to 100% in just a couple of hours and this one charge has lasted me 29 days with daily use of 2-4hrs. There is a audible notification from the headset when you reach <10% battery too. You can also observe the battery percentage via the synapse app too which is convenient since the device of course doesn't have its own form of physical display. There is a small led light but this isn't visible when wearing the headset.Overall I'm very pleased with this product, it has great software (synapse and THC surround audio) built in which really allows you to customise your experience. The controls on the cups such as volume knob, and mute button work very well too. The battery is incredibly reliable and the headset is extremely comfortable. I should mention I am a permanent glasses wearer too, and I had absolutely no issues with this. Great design too, minimalist and professional. The white and black goes well with my other peripherals. No complaints whatsoever. 10/10

5.0 out of 5 stars beautiful quality

perfect mic’d headset. looked at about 10 different headsets and watched about 1hr30mins of youtube videos and settled on this headset. the mic quality is very good, a little airy but only slightly and you are getting amazing quality for what you are paying for.bought the headset about 3 months or so ago and it is still doing perfect so thats a good sign.I can tell which direction the enemy is shooting from in my game and everybody can hear me perfectly. the mic is the perfect distance and if it bothers you then you can change it’s distance.the battery life is very good, i’d say lasts about 25ish hours before I put it on charge but i usually charge it when it reaches about 40-50% so i’d imagine it could last 40+ hours if needed.the charging cable is very long so that is perfect.either way i have no issues with it other than the notifs to charge it when it gets to about 40% can be annoying.10/10 would definitely recommend

4.0 out of 5 stars Decent headset but too much sound isolation for me

    M. · 3 April 2025

The media could not be loaded. I really wanted to like these because I use other Razer products and would prefer to keep my devices in the same software app. However the sound isolation is just far too aggressive for my liking. I generally prefer a more open-back wide soundstage, and I know these are closed-back but some closed are not too bad depending how it's done. They are quite comfortable and fit over the ears nicely, however the clamping force is just a little bit too tight for me personally. Sound is also decent but is definitely tuned more towards competitive gaming rather than a heavy immersive soundstage. However this can be customised with EQ in Synapse and also has many game specific profiles. The mic on the 2023 model is also excellent, definitely a top 3 gaming headset mic.I do like the overall design and the controls on the earcups feel nice and easy to access. I do worry about the long term durability of the thin supports attaching the earcups though.Overall I probably would have kept the headset if it wasn't for the tight sound isolation, I wish Razer would make an open-back version of these. I have recorded a video demonstrating the noise cancelling/sound isolation to give you an idea of what to expect when the earcups are tightly closed on your head.If you don't mind sound isolation either living in a noisy house and want to block out background / stop others hearing your audio, or play competitively and want to fully focus in on game sound, then this headset is probably ideal for you.

5.0 out of 5 stars Good Quality Headset

The Razer BlackShark V2 Pro (2023) is a stellar wireless gaming headset for PC, delivering exceptional audio, comfort, and microphone performance. Its 50mm TriForce Titanium drivers with THX Spatial Audio provide crisp, immersive sound ideal for esports, while the detachable HyperClear Super Wideband mic ensures crystal-clear communication. With up to 70 hours of battery life. The Software to install is razer synapse i used synapse 3 when I got the headset but now there is razer synapse 4 which aims to be more efficient overall the software choice is user preference. Synapse allows you to tweak headphone settings and microphone settings along with headset profiles. This is the pc headset version I am reviewing so it won't work with the mobile app if you want that get the ps5 version or Xbox version of the headset.

    Producto muy equilibrado

    e. · 27 September 2022

Awesome sound quality in gaming and music both
