I love maple syrup, the down side is I am a type 2 diabetic so it was pretty much a no-go - until now. This tastes delicious and is completely guilt free! It has a slightly thinner consistency than the real thing, but you can't taste consistency! It tastes fantastic and goes well with pancakes or ice-cream (or both if you're decadent). Top marks all-round. Just one word of warning - the seal on the bottle is really positive, so when you squeeze out the scrummy goodness it shoots out at speed - so hold it vertically to apply (and not at an angle like I did first time - it's embarassing for your wife to find you licking the worktop)

My children ( 21 plus )love the skinny food company products especially the peanut butter syrup . They put it on their weetabix, porridge, yoghurt and ice cream. A fantastic sweet healthy alternative to syrups. love it.
