Look great but they do move

Nice material and feel good underfoot. I have older dogs, one of which is losing his depth perception and overall vision and so I wanted something to help him safely navigate the stairs. I do feel like these make a big difference for him because I don't see the hesitation he used to show when needing to go downstairs.I do think the weave tends to catch nails, although this may be more from my cats than the dogs. I have recently thrown them in the wash and the dryer on delicate and they cleaned very well. The only thing I noticed is some corners are slightly turning up as can be seen in the photo.They have a nice thick rubbery bottom which does help to keep them stable. They do move though, so if you like things to be orderly and symmetrical, expect to reposition them often (although it may be my dogs pushing them around rather than people) I have learned to live with it because I bought them for my dogs safety, and for that, they have been wonderful.

We recently redid and finished new pine stair treads at our property near the coast. My dogs, especially our elderly girl, had been having trouble navigating these shiny new stairs. Our stairs were also taking a bit of a beating from their nails despite frequent Dremeling of said nails. The color on these tread carpets NAILED it for me.While the "adhesion" of these isn't perfect they don't roll around too too much. The usage of a little carpet tape should make these stay in place without issue. As now they don't stick in one spot on the stairs (but shift a bit) however they are not sloppy, stay flat and certainly do not come off the stair more than a tiny bit every once in awhile. I am being honest when I say this exceeds my expectations.I had to clean a bit of throw up off one of these and it came out without issue. I am really impressed with the color and the style of these for the price. Great value worth getting if you have this kind of aesthetic going on in your home.

I used these to prevent my older dog from slipping on the steps. They work well but they were delivered folded. It took months for the folds to resolve.

These stair tread are beautiful and well made. They are exactly what I was looking for. The cost of 15 treads is very reasonable. I will caution you though that they do slip despite being advertised as non-slip. That is easily remedied with carpet tape or non-slip rug mat. I like them so much that I plan on ordering another set of 15 to keep in stock for any needed replacements over time. I am finding that some popular stair tread go out of stock and never come back. I would recommend these stair treads with the caveat that they are not in fact being non-slip. Plan accordingly.

The stair treads were easy to install, the fabric is durable and very easy to clean/vacuum. I like that the treads are fairly wide and cover most of the step. I ordered a lighter gray color but got a darker color instead, which actually looks better than I thought it would. The only thing I really don’t like about them is that you can easily trip going up/down the stairs. The stair tread does not completely lay flat and/or stay put. I used carpet tape to temporarily help with the problem. I’m worried that my 93 year old dad could fall or trip when using the stairs. So, now I have to guide him up/down the stairs. My recommendation is that anyone using the stairs should hold on to their railing for safe measure. My next purchase will be to buy treads that have self adhesive backing.
