For me, this product is an easy 5 out of 5 stars, I was keen to try these capsules after hearing about their vitamin content, antioxidant benefits, and potential to enhance focus and absorption of nurturance. I'm very impressed with these Shilajit capsules—especially given the low price, lack of any noticeable smell or taste, and the clear effects they provide. I’ve been adding two capsules to my morning coffee for a few days, and they mix in well without clumping or altering the taste. Interestingly, while taking them in capsule form led to slower results, opening them and mixing the contents into my coffee produced a noticeable improvement in focus and clarity of thought product that has truly worked for me, even if the effects last only about 45 minutes. Although the pack contains 90 capsules with a recommended serving of two per day, I’ve personally found that one capsule is enough and easy to swallow.Pros:- Personal improvement to clarity of thought.- No smell or taste.- Capsules easy to open.- With 90 capsules this is excellent value for money.Cons:- Effect only lasts about 45mins.

All medications and supplements are subject to any number of unwanted effects so you should take personal responsibility to ensure the benefits outweigh potential risks.Shilajit is a black tar-like substance often associated with the Himalayan mountain region, but in reality it is sourced from other high altitude regions throughout the world. It is formed over time from a mixture of plants and minerals that decompose and transform into a sticky resin that oozes out between mountainous rocks, retaining the concentrated nutrients from the decomposed vegetation.This product contains 90 capsules to give you 3 months supply at a cost of just shy of £9. The stated dosage is 1 capsule per day. The capsules themselves are average sized and made from Hydroxypropyl Methyl Cellulose (HPMC) which is a soluble semisynthetic polymer (gelatine-free) so should meet most peoples dietary preferences, but this is not a natural substance so you may want to check into this compound for your own preferences (the Codex Alimentarius entry is E464 for your information).9p per capsule is reasonable for this type of supplement. If the purity claims are true then this is good value when compared to other brands, and something to consider when purchasing these types of compounds as they pose a potential hazard if not processed and refined properly. Obviously I can’t speak too much about the quality of the ingredients as I don’t have access for laboratory testing, but I have used Alpha One Zero supplements before and they seem to be good quality from what I can tell.

These capsules are required once per day and are easy to swallow.I feel like my brain does function better whilst taking them, so although I can't prove they work I feel like it's made a difference.I feel the bag size is good for the price and it means I can carry on taking them for as long as I see fit for approximately £3 per month.
