This USB C cable is capable of charging and providing a video feed to an external monitor at the same time.Many other right angle cables do not have this ability and only let you charge.The cable is reasonably well built and good value for money. Having a right angle cable allows for a much cleaner set up on your desk.

Here we have a Cable Matters USB-IF certified lead with rather muddled marketing!The description states compatible with TB4 but it’s listed as being a 20Gbps lead whilst TB4 standards calls for 40Gbps. The standards themselves are very confusing to consumers and I think that it is a little misleading to say this is compatible with TB4 when it clearly is not a TB4 lead. I mean USB is designed to be both backwards and forwards compatible so technically this is compatible with TB4 in the same way USB 1.1 is compatible with TB4.. It’s a little exercise in “creative” marketing..The cable is well made, a thick and durable lead. Nice big chunky rubber plugs with ample strain relief, a thick rubber jacket. It’s unusual that they’re not sheathing their leads in a fancy braided jacket as is the norm now, I do actually prefer the braid over a bare rubber/plastic jacket as it is more durable but you’d have to really try hard to damage this lead.Testing the resistance, I measured 0.049 ohm per metre. This is the lowest internal resistance of any USB lead I have tested.. No doubt, this is a well made lead that will easily pass its rated 240w without issue. It’s not expensive either, considering it’s a 2m lead, from a good known brand.I’d like to give it five stars but the misleading specification makes me drop a star and also, whilst this is an excellent cable there are a lot of genuine TB4 cables available in a similar price bracket. They may not have the certification but they’re rated for the full 40Gbps bandwidth and thus are actually compatible with the standard, not just “forward compatible” as is the case here. I give it four stars but if you’re looking for a Thunderbolt 4 cable then look elsewhere.

This cable is nice and thick and the ends are well reinforced to prevent the wire from wearing out, which was the main reason why i got it. Seems like a great wire and good charging speed too. I am happy with it.

This Black 2m/6.5ft Cable Matters cable has a reasonably thick outer plastic sheath. The plastic shrouded USB-C plugs are nicely finished and the Right angled end is handy for some access requirements. They fit snugly into USB sockets. The cable reliefs are basic but strong enough.I got this cable to give my Samsung tablet wired ethernet capability whilst still being able to power/charge the tablet via the Ethernet adaptor’s PD passthrough socket. I wanted neat cabling which would give less risk of dislodging and it needed to be long enough to mount the Tablet on a 1.5m/5ft stand whilst reaching the charger in the mains socket, 2m was the ideal length.I tested this 240W charger cable with a USB-C charge tester (ASIN: B09Z2XF4Z6). In order to test charging I hooked up the cable to a depleted 20,000mAh Powerbank with a 100W GaN charger (the highest output I have). The charger cable had no problem carrying 64W (see pic). I left the charger charging the Powerbank for quite a while and the cable plugs barely got warm. I think the 64W achieved was limited by the Powerbank, not the cable. The cable has a proper e-Marker chip which flags it as 50V/5A capable = ~250W (see pic)The data capabilities of the cable are excellent, with the E-Marker chip showing it as a proper USB 3.2 Gen 2. I’m limited to 10Gbps with my PC, so I can’t test the claimed 20Gbps but I tested at 10Gbps using a Samsung 990Pro NVMe drive in a 10Gbps Netac external drive caddy. I ran DiskMark and got a very respectable 1025MBps = 8200Mbps = 8.2 Gbps. With signalling overheads etc, you’ll never get a full 10Gbps *data transfer rate* from a 10Gbps connection...I also plugged the cable into a Treedix USB cable tester and got a full complement of correctly wired data/power and signalling lines – even including a proper shield connection.Pros 👍:✔️ Excellent quality cable✔️ Right angled plug on one end✔️ Easily carries 64W power, can’t vouch for higherCons👎:❌ NoneIn Summary, an excellent, well finished cable that performs wellRecommended

I got this cable mainly for use with my Samsung Galaxy Tab S7+. I was drawn to this cable due to the decent 2M length and also the right-angled connector at one end.The cable quality feels really good, with the actual cable being of a decent thickness to support the advertised charging and data specifications. The ends also feel good, with decent plugs and boots attached to the cable.The cable has performed perfectly well on my Galaxy Tab (and also my Galaxy smartphone) with fast charging working well.Good value for a quality cable of decent length.

I normally go for braided cables these days due to their flexibility but I am not as convinced they are any more durable as I have had a few fail. I wanted a decent length quality cable for use with a quest headset and this popped up, so at 2m long and with a right angle plug at one end I thought I would give these a go.Although not braided, the quality of this cable is excellent and I have no doubt it will meet all the claims of 20Gbs, 240w etc. The cable itself is very solid and the plugs are well made. Needless to say, for my purposes the cable has so far worked flawlessly.If you aren't fussed about braided cables or not convinced they are any more reliable, then I would say this is a good option.

Perfektes Kamera-Kabel
Ich verwende das Kabel, um meine Canon R8 an den Mac anzuschließen und sie als Webcam zu verwenden. Die 3 Meter Länge sind perfekt. Das einzige, was mir nicht so gut gefällt, ist die Aufschrift auf den Steckern. Sie ist aber eher grau und nicht weiß wie auf den Bildern, damit kann ich leben.

Good cord for ipads cabling appears to be heavier than most
Fits ipad well and length is good. Device charges quickly with this cord and the replacement charger. Like the right angle end of the cord, will reduce stress on cord in the long run when using the device as it is charging. The heavier coating on the cable will probably extend its life, more durable
