Calories provided by organic oats, not loads of sugar. I always add a couple of eggs to this after every workout to boost the macros, perfect meal replacement / substitute when you can't eat enough for recovery / gains.

Vanilla flavour is always my choice as when you get bored of it, it is easy to make it whatever you want. Mixes well, is rather thin with milk, goes down brilliantly and has around 600 calories per serving, which allows you to drink 2 shakes per day without putting too much fat on. Gains are definitely visible, strength increases due to creatine content. I do not know what people do to shred those bags open... I use scissors and have never had any issues.

Just got this today and made a shake immediately. I'm seriously ill and lacking protein and calories so this will be handy. It mixes well and tastes clean, good ingredients - mix of carbs and protein.

Awful smell when you open the lid. Supposed to contain fine oats and maltodexrin. Seems it only contains maltodexrin, very cheap ingredients. Binned it.

The only good thing I can say about the product, is the mass gaining capability does work.Now the bad things. First the taste is disgusting across all flavours. Each flavour has that horrible, chemical, artificial taste.Second is quantity and price. It's too expensive for the amount of powder you get. Optimum nutrition is cheaper, more powder and more calories per serving.3rd is the serving scoop. It's this flimsy plastic material that's in an awkward, slanted shape which makes it impossible to get accurate amounts. It almost feels like a trick, to make you use more than you need, so you use the product faster and buy more.
