Lots of tablets are big capsules which are cumbersome to take, but these are very small and easy to swallow, and flavourless, so there’s no unpleasant aftertaste. I think they’re good quality, although I’m not able to measure the actual levels of folic acid etc. At £9.99 for over a year’s supply I think they’re great value for money, and they take up very little space in the cupboard! Furthermore, you don’t have to keep remembering to reorder them.

I take Vitamin D supplements due to a deficiency and I was told that I needed to also have folic acid to help me absorb it better. This bottle comes with 400 tablets and the dose is 1 a day meaning you get more than a years supply for only 9.99 (at the time of order). That's a bargain! They work just as well as the more expensive ones I had previous bought from a shop and I don't have to think about buying them every month. Wouldn't recommend.

I've been feeling really tired lately and someone suggested it may be down to a lack of B12 (Folic Acid). I've not been to a doctor, so have not been officially diagnosed.I have been taking this supplement for around 3 weeks now and can't say I have noticed a massive difference in my energy levels. That's not to say they are not working, it may just mean they take a while to take effect.There's 400 tablets in this pack, and at 1 per day, they are going to last me over a year. I will continue to take them and hope to see results in the next couple of months 🤞
