I bought this to share with my son as I needed a massager for my neck and shoulders, and my son needs it for his lower back. It works really well on tired or tight muscles and the heat really helps too. My son has said it's helping his back. It's definitely making a difference for us and I would recommend.

Its small, light ,portable and comes in a box with a handle. This massage pillow can be moved into position easily and can be used on various parts of the body calfs, lower back , arms and neck as it has a vibrate and heat setting . The massage from the pillow is more relaxing than that from the large chair massagers which tend to go deeper into the muscles.It would be ideal if it came with or you could purchase a car cigar lighter adapter which would allow for a back massage while you were driving long distances and perhaps a longer power lead.We already have two other units from Snailax, (a Large on chair massager and a unit that drapes around your neck ) and I have found that they are constructed to a high standard. The pillow will now be used when I am sitting in my chair at the computer or even on the sofa whilst I am relaxing watching a TV programme . The price of this massage pillow is in my opinion very reasonable, we all need a bargain these days.

CautionThis item is not Battery Powered it is wired if it is Battery Powered I had a faulty item which has been sent back for a refund.I could not find anything on the Snailax website about this being Battery Powered.

Great product and value
This massager was a bit of an impulse buy but in fairness I had been contemplating buying one of these for years.Firstly it arrived so quickly and packaging is simple and practical (with a top handle) so I will continue to use this to store my massager.Secondly, I was impressed with the quality of this product. It doesn't look cheap and feels comfortable around my neck. I'm a petite person and so sometimes I find products don't fit my smaller frame but this one is very comfortable. It is so easy to use, plug it in, charge it and then enjoy. You can control the pressure of the massager by how tight or lose you pull it into the area you are massaging. While this is made for your next and shoulders I have used it for other parts of my body. I have used it every day and after sitting for long periods on zoom calls all day, I look forward to my massage at the end of my day. The only criticism I have and its not a big one, is that I would have liked the heat to be a bit stronger as I don't really notice it when massaging. I bought this for the massage and not necessarily the heat function so its not a big deal for me.Lastly, I can honestly say that I would highly recommend this massager. It will definitely be on my gift giving list this year.

The product is pretty much just one massage session and is a great value for money. This product charges fast and is used cordless. Easy to travel with. You can (1) reverse the massage clockwise / counter clockwise, (2) change the heat setting, and (3) change the intensity. Highly recommended.
Awesome product
So over all it’s a great product! Works great. Im a little on the small side so it is a tad bit bulky but its ok i still like it. Its comfortable to use, east to hold in place. The heat level is good and not too much. Pressure of the massage machine is great too. It also comes with a removable cover to wash.

I am almost certain that, I had reviewed this before, which included operating times & strengths but here I am again. But now I don't recall details but know it works well & that the wireless feature is a big plus.The only crit is that the controls could have been placed much lower.
Just what the doctor ordered!
This thing is great! I am steelworker. So after six or seven days straight of busting rust and making dust, if goes without saying that my body definitely takes a beating during the better part of the week. This has been an absolute game changer. It acts as a second pair of hands so that you don’t have to inconvenience your partner, or better yet if you don’t have a partner.It has various settings for a light massage, medium and up to deep tissue. It has the vibrating as well as heating options . My preference is to run vibrating, and heat on the deep tissue massage setting. I use mine to target area as like upper and lower neck, shoulders, and blades,and all upper and lower back target zones.I’ve read where some customers use it on other parts of the body like legs, I find that doing so is a bit awkward and opt to use another designated device for such. As far as operation goes, It’s pretty straight forward, you simply throw it over your shoulder, or around your neck like you would a gym towel, and then slide your hands into the slots on both sides, select your preferred options, and let her rip. You’ll just need to move your arms while they’re in the straps to control the direction of the massage. And there you have it folks, instant relief. I would like to also add, that there is a reverse direction option on the control pad, for those who may be interested in knowing that detail. Also that it came pre-charged , and therefore I was able to use it right out of the box. The charge lasted for the better part of the week and it uses a standard AC adapter plug. I only wish that came in a protective dust cover or bag, so that I didn’t have to storage it in the original box. It’s well builds, doesn’t look or feel cheap and I feel like with the proper care, will last a very long time.
