(function() { P.when('cr-A', 'ready').execute(function(A) { if(typeof A.toggleExpanderAriaLabel === 'function') { A.toggleExpanderAriaLabel('review_text_read_more', 'Read more of this review', 'Read less of this review'); } }); })(); .review-text-read-more-expander:focus-visible { outline: 2px solid #2162a1; outline-offset: 2px; border-radius: 5px; } I often get a build up of wax so this looked worth trying, I use ear wax softener first for about 5 days, this ensures the wax is soft, you need to do this first as will not work .The device is so easy to use, add warm water to the bottle supplied and put one of the 10 tips on the end of the tube.This comes with a cup to hold under your ear so you don't get soaked !, tilt the ide you are doing , put the nozzle into your ear and tilt head towards the cup and press the button on the bottle until the water sprays into the ear, keep doing until you can hear properly just give your head a little shake towards the cup to ensure all wax etc is out and your done.this is fantastic and cleared both my ears and I can hear again, less messy and really works , suitable for any age.

I don't normally write reviews but felt compelled for this product!My right ear had been blocked for 2 weeks and I could sense my left ear could end up going the same way. I was feeling pressure in my ears when driving or on trains from the build up of wax and they were not sorting themselves out. I had used olive oil drops from the chemist for the past 3 days to help loosen up the wax however it did make my hearing worse over the past 2 days as it softens the hard wax around the ear drums. This ear wax syringe product arrived today from ordering last night. Very simple instructions to use with warm water (would advise people to use the olive oil drops at least a few days prior to the syringe to loosen wax). I used for a couple of minutes on each ear and was astounded at what came out (there was a lot!) My hearing is completely back, if not better. Was really simple to use and worked within minutes of using it. Brilliant product!

Effective. Not as expensive as other models. One note though. Always be careful with water temperature as two cold or too hot will affect you ballance.

This kit is amazing! My daughter had a huge build up of wax in her ear which was really uncomfortable. I bought this to try but wasnt overly confident it would work - so glad I took the chance! Very easy to use and cleared her ear out within a few minutes, pain free. Definitely recommend.

Please do not purchase and DO NOT USE. Followed all instructions to a tee, I am now left with a buzzing and pain in my ears, having to seek medical support for this. Not only does this product not work, it is dangerous. Please do not buy

I had a build-up of ear wax and gunk in both my ears and clicking in my left ear, after researching online I decided to buy this item. After the first use (multiple flushes of water in each ear) the clicking was no longer present and wax/gunk was completely removed. This is very easy to use and it does work. I will continue to use this item as needed. Highly recommend and the shipping was super fast....ordered it on a Tuesday evening and it delivered on Wednesday afternoon
