I have just used this ink to refill the tank in my Epson Ecotank ET8550 and I am really happy with the compatibility and the results. The key matches the slot on the tank perfectly for a clean fill, and as with the branded items the filling shuts off automatically when full. I have no complaints with this product, the value for money is excellent and I would definitely order it again.

I ordered some of these replacement inks from Vine for review, and having re-filled the Epson photo printer, and got some on my fingers, I had a thought...I'm a woodturner, and I make a wide range of things, some are decorative objects. I've probably used every brand and type of stain available that is meant for wood. Some are great, some, not so great. But one thing they have in common is, they're not cheap. So, on the strength of how good this pigment seemed to be for photo printing (printing pictures of the things I make!), I figured I give it a try as a wood stain. And, oh boy! It's incredible! I know a good pigment when I use it, trust me, and this is fabulous pigment. The image is of the magenta pigment applied directly onto oak.Now, I realise that this isn't printing onto photo paper, but I've done that, and it was perfect; rich, deep colour, and no bleeding from the tank, or similar issues that I've had with non-OEM refills, previously.. And I know that in most cases the pigments are blended when you print, so you're unlikely to print in just this colour, but...if the printing ink you use begins with a good quality pigment, all your colours are going to be better...and this pigment is, IMO, superb. And at around a fiver a bottle (70ml), it's an absolute bargain. I think the company should begin marketing it for craft use, it's that good.

Do NOT buy this if you have a printing venture/business. I use an Epson ET8850 for transfer printing and this grey consistently and constantly ruins my prints. It's forever missing segments on nozzle checks. Sometimes a singular clean will fix it for a couple of prints, and then it'll start missing segments again. The quality of the ink must be terrible for it to consistently clog inside the grey. I'm now looking at ways of syphoning the ink from the tank. I only bought this because I couldn't buy the proper grey anywhere on Bolo at the time but it's having a massive effect on my prints and my business. Do not buy this ink if you print heavily, frequently, or use it for business purposes. Every day printing? Probably fine. But if you need an ink that is reliable and prints well every time, this trash isn't it.

I've ordered both inks and toner cartridges from LCL and they have always been good. The cartridges and drums fit the printers well and the quality is always (or very nearly) as good as OEM. In this case, the ink from the bottle simply gets put into the printer's tanks and this was easy to do.I've run it for a while and there has been no change in the quality of the output. I guess that there might still be the previous ink in the tubes though. If I do notice a drop in quality I will amend my review, but I don't expect there to be any problems. The price of these bottles is very good and a third of the price of OEM, although, to be fair, the original Epson prices aren't too bad really.Overall I recommend these compatible inks for your Epson EcoTank 8550 or 8500.

With a bit of research, I found instructions on how to re-fill an original HP printer cartridge and used this ink for the purpose.The ink is perfect for this job and is very reasonably priced so filling an original cartridge using this ink is a great cost-saving and with a bit of adaptation is easy to achieve.

Ich habe mich entschlossen, es für meinen ET 8500 zumindest bei Schwarz und Grau mal mit Angeboten kompatibler Hersteller zu versuchen. Mit den Farben bleibe ich - trotz 4 mal höheren Preisen - doch lieber beim Originalhersteller.Geliefert wird die Tinte in einer Flasche der gleichen Größe wie die Originalflaschen. Optisch ist das ganze ebenfalls ziemlich ähnlich und ich erwarte auch im Druckbild (hoffentlich) kaum einen Unterschied - Schwarz ist schließlich schwarz.Ein kleiner, aber ziemlich gefährlicher Haken an den Billigtinten findet sich jedoch ebenfalls im Vergleich mit den originalen Flaschen:Die Flaschen der Epson Originaltinten haben einen kodierten Einfüllstutzen. Das bedeutet, man kann alle Flaschen immer nur auf genau den Tank stecken, der die zur Flasche passende Farbe enthält. Ich habe mal ein Bild von beiden Flaschen nebeneinander gemacht, wo man sehr gut die fehlenden, seitlichen Kodierstecker am Stutzen der LCL Flasche erkennen kann.Bei den LCL Flaschen ist das nicht der Fall!! Hier kann man problemlos schwarze Tinte in den gelben Tank füllen oder versehentlich Pigmentschwarz und Fotoschwarz vertauschen. Das Ergebnis dürfte in jedem Fall ein Drucker sein, der für SEHR, SEHR lange Zeit nicht mehr das druckt, was man gerne hätte.Man sollte also lieber dreimal prüfen, ob man auch wirklich den richtigen Tank geöffnet hat, bevor man die LCL Nachfüllflasche draufsetzt. Einen Rückwärtsgang hat die Tinte nicht!FAZIT:Bei der enormen Reichweite einer Flasche sind eigentlich auch die Originaltinten schon sehr günstig.Ob man für gut 15€ Ersparnis seinen 500€ Drucker einer solchen Gefahr aussetzen möchte, das muss jeder für sich selbst entscheiden. Wenns klappt... dann gut. :-)

En realidad, yo tengo una Eco tank ET-18100, pero cuando compré compatibles con la numeración 107, resultó que la boquilla no era la misma que la del original, total que trasvasé el contenido de los compatibles a las botellas originales y fue de maravilla. En esta ocasión he hecho lo mismo, aunque el modelo es distinto, es 114, pero no deja de ser la misma tinta negra, con el negro no hay problemas de matices como pasa con los de colores. Así que el mismo procedimiento, simplemente hay que pasar la tinta de este botellín al original y ya está, tanque lleno, impresora funcionando. Recomendación, conservar las botellas originales de Epson para poder rellenar con tintas compatibles.
