These chopped dates are really sweet with a soft texture, ideal for incorporating in cakes or adding in cereals for breakfast or just to eat as a snack, when craving for something sugary.Already chopped in small pieces, they are ready to use. I have used them in a banana, date and walnut cake and they were delicious. I have also added a handful in my porridge for sweetness instead of golden or maple syrup and it was perfect, very tasty.I am aware that this product is organic and a healthy choice however I think that they are overpriced. At £7.99 for 500g it is more than I would like.The packaging is really well thought out though. It comes in a well branded plastic pouch that can stand up and is resealable/recyclable.

These dates have a nice natural sweetness and are great for snacking or adding to recipes. They’re packed with fibre and nutrients, which is a bonus. However, I found them a little drier than expected, making them slightly tougher to chew. Still, a decent organic option with no additives.

This is a 500 gram package of medjool dates. They are stated to be organic by the seller. High quality, big and very delicious dates. Product of Jordan, packaged in the UK. Best before date is almost 5 months from today which is more than enough for me to finish all. Would give 5 stars if the listing was correct but altough listing states the product is 1kg what I received was half of it.Note that this is a Vine review for the item sent for free to review. My reviews are not based on the price but just the material, make, general quality and the usefulness of the product. Please do your own research and comparison on the price.
