In fact it can massage almost any area of the body satisfactorily because it is easily manipulated to different areas by use of the arm loops. It is a well made quality item and functions surprisingly well which, for the price, is a pleasant surprise. It is very portable so long as you have a plug nearby. The flex is sufficiently long at approx 2 metres in length. It does come with the right plug fitted. The only slight con might be that its arm loops might be made for somebody with much shorter arms than the normal European. But, once you get used to the shortness (and it appears to be non adjustable), it's fine. My son put his eyes up to heaven when I said "try it". He did & after grappling briefly with the short arm loops, he announced that it was really good and gave a very pleasing neck massage. It has heat (that should be very nice in winter) and three different speed levels. It seems to go both ways in the massage but it has a reverse direction button too. It appears to be able to be used either way round (zips up or zips down) - puzzled me to start but I have tried both and it works great whatever. I have not yet tried it out in the car but it comes with cigarette style charger, so I look forward to trying that next long journey I'm taking. Happy out. I am liking this multi massager to iron out the knots in my shoulder muscles. It does not work on battery, it must be plugged in.

My shoulders constantly feel like I am carrying the world, i'm always so tight and bundled up. I read the reviews and all seemed positive, so I took a gamble. Out of the box it feels fairly heavy and a good quality, I loved the heat setting and the fact you can change the rotation of the massage heads. It was really easy to use, but I will say the power cord could be slightly longer. Overall, I have used this 5-6 times now and I feel so relaxed after, I can feel the tension leaving my body. It worked brilliantly and even my mom has enjoyed having a little 10 minute break at my house.

Bought to try for neck and shoulder pain. Works a treat, sat with it on watching tv for a little while. It digs deep and gets warm, changes rotation after a little while. Easy to use, comfortable to hold in place with the straps and you can use it all over - neck, shoulders, lower back and thighs.After using there was a definite reduction in neck/shoulder pain and was left feeling comfortable after using.Would recommend!

It’s effective and does what it’s suppose to. I think there could be something wrong with my neck though cause I couldn’t move my head to the side for 2 days without getting stabbing pain up my neck into my skull and dizziness.

Love this product which is described as a neck and shoulder massager. I actually use it for muscle pain in my back and it is brilliant! So relaxing and it is like a firm hand massage. It gives me fantastic pain relief and combined with the heat level button, together with the button for the pressure of the massager it self makes this product well worth the price. The design is good but slightly longer side pieces for where you put your arms would make it better. Other than that I am made up with this product. Thank you!

The product is very amazing. The massage quality is very good and it can be regulated. It provides relaxation and reduced my back and neck pain. The heat levels can be controlled as well. The size is not too big. You can use it for your legs as well. Very happy with this product.

If you have neck or shoulder pain or other issues around the neck area this really does work. Functions really well, immediate pain relief, very comfortable on the neck (no need to try and balance it like a cushion), easy to use and portable.Would highly recommend…worth every penny!

Box arrived damaged, which if course is likely a one-off and not related to the product itself. The actual device was alright but not particularly comfortable to wear nor easy to reposition elsewhere at the body. Heat function takes quite a while to warm up so isn't suitable for quick use. Helpful to adjust speed and direction but no change in the actual massage technique. Overall, will return it as expect there are better things out there - but does the basic job.

I recently injured my shoulder and the pain is radiating into my neck too. I already had a much bulkier neck massager but it's not easy to adjust the location where I need it, and it's also made in such a way that it can be quite painful. So I went looking for something else, and this one is exactly what I need.It's easier to adjust to precise locations on your neck, shoulders, back etc. I've been using it a LOT since I got it and I love that I can easily move it around to different locations on my neck and shoulders. Can even use it on my lower back if needed. It's pretty powerful, but because of the way it's made, I can adjust that by moving it around. I can also increase the intensity by pulling on the side straps. It's also much more portable, which is another plus.I see others have complained about the heat not being that hot, and initially I agreed with that assessment. But with time, it has improved considerably, and can actually get very warm. Maybe people are only using it for a brief time and therefore it's not heating up enough, but using it as much as I have, it's more than warm. In fact, I usually have to turn the heat off.My only issue with it is its automatic changing direction of the rotation every.60 seconds. On one hand, that can be useful. But it would be much better if that was an option that can be turned on or off. Because if you find the sweet spot on your neck or back and have it exactly where and how you want it, it can be a pain (literally, at times) to reach back and change the direction because it automatically changed the direction. It's not a deal breaker, but in my opinion it would be better to have that be an option, not the default. Someone else also pointed out the material that covers the rollers is scratchy, and I found that to be the case too. My older massager has a similar material and doesn't do that. But, if I'm going to use it for very long, I just try to make sure I have my shirt adjusted so that it's massaging over the shirt, not on bare skin. Again, not a huge deal, just pointing it out.Let me say something about their customer service. I had an issue with the massager, and I reached out directly to their customer service. Their response was incredibly quick, and continued to be so throughout the course of the discussion. They completely resolved the issue for me, and quickly. It's rare these days to find customer service like that, but it makes all the difference when you do. And I think it deserves pointing out whenever you do get good customer service.

I got these as gifts for my mom and father-in-law and they both really liked them. They use them for their neck and shoulders mostly but you can actually move it around to your lower back too if you want.It’s easy to figure out and the heat feature feels amazing. The kneading is strong enough to actually work out tight spots but not too much that it hurts. You can adjust the direction too which is nice.Shipping was quick and everything came as expected. For the price I think it’s totally worth it, especially if you have family or friends who always complain about neck or shoulder pain.Definitely a good gift idea or even just to treat yourself after a long day.

Es el tercer masajeador de cuello que compro y el peor con diferencia. Lo barato sale caro y en este caso , más que caro, porque lo devolví al instante , hacerme perder tiempo.Lo usé 3 días y lo devolví. Se paraba a los minutos , (supuestamente tiene un ciclo de unos 15 min) lo volvía a encender y a veces al minuto de encenderlo se volvía a parar. No tenía fuerza, apenas apretaba un poco y se ve que se ahogaba. Una full.No vuelvo a comprar estas calidades la verdad. Viendo lo visto pagaré más porque esto es perder el tiempo .
