This tea is just peppermint leaves, dried out and cut up. Put a teaspoon of them in a half pint of boiling water and leave until it acquires the required colour and flavour and that is all there is to it.The peppermint oil in the leaves is not so concentrated that it leaves your mouth feeling as though you have just brushed your teeth but it is strong enough to make you think clearer thoughts and focus on things in the same way that peppermint oil in a diffuser will.There is a wide distribution of particle sizes so a silicone tea bag is of limited use as a fair amount of it goes through the holes in it but a disposable paper tea bag is okay.When soaked, the leaf particles sink to the bottom any way so if you just want to stir in a teaspoon of loose leaves and wait until they sink - all but a few do and those that are left are no bother - then that is going to work just as well.This is a refreshing, mind-focussing brew that is very easy to make.

This loose leaf peppermint tea is really delicious and makes a lovely refreshing and soothing cup of tea. It is a lot more fresh and aromatic than many other peppermint teas i have had before and it comes in a nice big bag so its really good value too. Its amazing how far 100g of loose tea really goes. If you are into your teas then give this a try as its great for soothing stomachs and helping digestion after eating too.

This is a really good quality peppermint tea. It’s of loose leaf variety and has a good quantity of evenly sized pieces making it a great and flavoursome brew.It is good for use in teapots with strainers or other brewing methods such as tea cages.The flavour is fresh and crisp with the cooling minty sensation bursting through.The only downside is that the bag isn’t resealable.A great tea and I would highly recommend it.
